I'm not looking forward to weigh in day! I had a very indulgent Spring Break, and I'm not fully in the healthy eating/exercise groove yet. But I'm working on it!
And I took a walk today, around campus while talking to a friend from Georgia. (I'm in SoCal). It was great catching up with her, and it was great getting some fresh air!
I know what you mean... this month seems tough already. I'm about to start final exams, so it's been really hard to get to the gym. But I've been doing TaeBo every second day and trying to go for a 40-50 min walk everyday. I know it's still good exercise, but I'm used to going to the gym and really sweating it out.
