I weighed in this morning and I weighed.......177lbs!!!!!!! WOOOO, I lost 4lbs. I don't know how I did it because this week was not the greatest. I only exercised like 3 times and had a few bad eating days.
 
Well I gained another 0.5 lbs this week. The problem is I am relying on diet only and I haven't been working out. I need to get to the gym. I'm still 4 lbs down in 3 weeks though. I really want to get to 199.0 by my birthday, October 30th. I am 202.0 right now.

OMGosh!! I REALLY DID IT!!!! Barely! But, I FRICKIN' DID IT!!! I'm under 300 baby!!!!! LOL I dont care if it is just a damn pound!!!! Do you know how good it feels to be able to say I weigh " 2 something "??? Even if it is the last pound of the 2's LOL.. Omgosh! I'm typing crazy fast over here cuz I'm so excited!! LOL!! Just imagine how its gonna be when I'm 1 something! But, I want to be in the HIGH 1's .. I think like 180ish will be good for me! ANYHOOS.. I waited until I got enough exercise in today and I hadn't ate yet to weigh.. and I weighed myself and it was a square even 299.0!!!!!!!! WOOO!!! Now I gotta continue to work hard and I WILL get to my goal!! I've had alot of ppl lately tell me that they can tell I'm losing weight! :) That feels good!!! I hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!!

What does everyone plan on doing for the new challenge? As far as trying a new sport or activity? If anything....
 
Hey Congrats Phatgrl! That is fantastic, I am so excited for you! I didn't have a very committed week as far as the challenge goes, not horrible but not great. But your news has renewed my drive. Keep up the good work!

Sorry I haven't been around alot this week. Work has been crazy! As for a new sport? I am trying to organize the people at work to play deck hockey. I use to play ice hockey back in my high school days, but haven't been on skates in a very long time. I doubt that would be a pretty sight! But with deck hockey, everyone can play and I get to stay out of the emergency room! Which is a plus, I think!

So, I have a question for you all. It is sort of boring but it was something I have been wondering. What does everyone do for exercise? And on what sort of schedule? I am actually hoping to hear everyone's routines and incorporate them into my own program. I have been doing the same thing for the last couple of weeks and it is getting a tad boring.

Twist- yeah i hear ya hunnie... my period week too..... i gained for the week... i am hoping its gone by mid this week. sometimes i hate being a girl.

Gordo- check out my journal for some exercise routines.... its alot to type all out in here and stuff... you will find what is right for you though. your best bet is to go look at some other peoples journals and get some ideas! :)


Alright... tomorrow starts a new week!!!! :) I am excited hehe. Ill be out of town most of the week but i plan to work my butt off!!! :)
 
OK spooktaculars, I apologize but I am dropping out. I think I was fooling myself to think I could be successfull at losing weight this month with so much going on in my personal life that involves stress. My family and I are moving soon, I have been smoking, eating bad and not exercising. I'm not happy about it but I have a planned date to quit my bad recent habbits and get started all over again. Unfortunately the date does not fall in this month because I want to wait until we are settled into our new home. I wish all of you good luck and much success. I'll be back someday soon, hopefully better than ever.
 
Hey Spooktaculars! How has everyone been doing the last few days?? I was out on buisness trip but made it down to my original starting weight so this is good news!! :hurray: Hope you are all well!!
 
Hey Yall!!! I just got back from TX! I had a fabulous time!! I am now down to 295! Hopefully when I weigh in Friday I'll drop a few more! :) Hows everyone doing???

Gordo -- Keep up the good work!

Derrick -- Sorry to hear that you are going through alot right now.. but we totally understand and hope that everything works in your favor!!!! Keep a positive frame of mind though! You can do it! :)

Marie -- Congrats girl!!! See you are doing good even if its going slower than you wish!


Anyone tried the new Wii Fit Plus????? I'm almost tempted to buy it but I wanted to see if its as good as The Wii Fit...

Sorry once again...I have not been around much. I am on a computer all day so by the time I get home its not really high the list for me.

Derrick - hate to see you go buddy. Even if you are not going to do the challenge, stop in and let us know how you are doing.

Phatgrl - Welcome back! Losing weight while on vacation...now I have to give you big props for that. My vacation is not until February. To be honest it is one of my goals to fit comfortably into my seat on the airplane! When I went to Guatemala in August, I had two different flight attendants come up to me and tell me that if I couldn't buckle my seat belt I could not sit in an emergency exit aisle. And twice I had to prove my seat belt was fastened with half the plane watching....it was very very embarrassing! It took all my self control from taking those size 2 flight attendants and stowing one under the seat in front of me and one in the overhead compartment!! LOL! Never again! So once again big props to you!!! Oh, and sorry I don't know anything about the wii.

Thanks!! -- & Wow! I can imagine! Trust me I know whatcha mean! I remember ONE time I had to struggle to get my seatbelt to snap! I sooo didn't want to have to ask for a seat belt extender.. so I made that damn thang snap! LOL But, I should be able to make it snap fine now! It's been a while since I've been on a plane.. I do all the driving now lol.. But, trust me I know the feeling.. & YOU WILL get there! :) Good luck with everything!!!

Hey ya'll. Final push. Hope to see some awesome final numbers from you spooktaculars!

So Friday is your final day and my birthday. I am also moving to a new home that same day so to say the least, it's a crazy week for me. I'm supposed to stop smoking that day also. Wish me luck!

Hey everybody,

I just wanted to apologize in advance. I was hoping to finish the challenge on a high note, but unfortunately I have been sick all week. No exercise and easy to prepare foods. I am expecting to probably have a gain this week. Sorry I let you all down but I am still motivated and plan to start once again when I am feeling better.

FINAL WEIGH-IN!!!!!!!!!! Wooooooooo I weigh 173lbs! I wasn't sure if I would make my goal.

Congrats to everyone who actually stuck around, whether they gained or lost!
