Got off today at noon so i went to the gym and worked my arms and abs. I am planning to eiether run or walk the dogs this evening.... not sure which yet!


also... down to 124.... sooo we will see if it goes up again... as ive said before... it fluctuates about 3 lbs.

Sorry team! I have been tied up the last couple of days and haven't had the time to post. I figured I would check in and see how everyone was doing in their week one, from the posts I read it sounds like everyone is doing great!

Derrick - six pounds that is awesome! I can only hope that is how my week 1 turns out. I wanted to weigh myself earlier but I have been avoiding the scale for years, so I figured a few more days wouldn't hurt.

I am hoping for big results this Friday. I don't think I have eaten this healthy in five years. Spent the first two days with a huge headache I am assuming from cutting soda out of my diet. But that past and I have alot more energy then when I started.

I have been doing cardio twice a day, elliptical in the morning and the elliptical/track a night and every other day weight training. Although I have to admit, I feel like a huge tool when I go to the track! There always seems to be some world class runner at the track when I show up! The guy last night...passed me so many times...I was getting dizzy! LOL.:willy_nilly:

But that being said....my determination is still strong and reading what everyone is doing is really motivating....so thanks! I can't wait until Friday morning! It's like Christmas!

Man, seeing everyone lose 6 or so pounds already makes my goal of anything seem weak, lol. Either way, if I lose anything this week, which I should, Ill be stoked for the rest of it!
 
Happy weigh in day everyone!! Lost 2lbs! Hopefully I can lose atleast that much each week even though I'd like to shoot for 3. Anyways good luck to you all can't wait to see everyones results!
 
I weighed 201.0 this morning so I lost 5.0 lbs the first week. I know there is no way to keep that up but I would love to be below 200.0 when I step on the scale next Friday.

Looks like everyone who had posted so far had good weeks. We got this challenge in the bag!

 
8 lbs?!? Fantastic!!! Now don't get all excited and think you can afford to not try as hard for a few days. You have to keep up the intensity and make it a habbit. Before you know it, months will have gone by and you will be making your dreams a reality. You can do it girl, you just have to keep on kicking butt, week after week after week!
 
hey everyone I wanted to quickly come on and report my computer is NO LONGER WORKING! ugh talk about frustrating. I will try to get on when I can. I'm at the library with my daughter right now, anyway, I weighed in Friday morning and was 181lbs, so I lost 5lbs! Woo! I can't believe it to be honest, lol I'm still in this challenge though, if I can't get on I will have my BFF Twiist report for me. Everyone is doing amazing, keep it up!

I know it!!!!!!! This is *JUST* the beginning!! I wont be satisfied until I see dropping in my clothes.. then I'll be happy! :) -- My motivation is so high nothing can stop me now! I'll have to get to my desire size area before I even attempt to "slack" because it's not gonna happen anytime soon! :) I'm at the Gym 6 days week! :)

Good job on the 5lbs girl! :) -- Sucks about your PC though!! UGH! Hope you get it fixed soon!!!!
 
I know its monday... and weigh in day is fridays... but i will have my weight today!!!


i was at the beach with only a digital scale that DIDNT WORK!!!!! grrrr!!!! lol

Man!!!! Not much activity here lately team!!!! LETS GET ON HERE AND CHAT IT UPPP!!!!!!!! :hurray::hurray::hurray::willy_nilly:

Just to ease everyones minds... i lost the water weight already and am still up about .5 from my original weight at the start of all this... but i am hitting the gym hard and back on my strictly monitored food intake... so all is good!

whew! that was a close one ;)


vacations do that though dont they hehe
 
I honestly haven't been doing much but making sure that I eat right. My menstrual cycle is coming up and I stay bloated for about 2 weeks and I definitely don't feel like doing anything during this time. I did drop down to 178 from 179.5 so I guess that's good considering I haven't been doing much.

After this comes and goes, I have to make a come back and get on the ball. It's October and I need to step it up.
