Woo 304! Thats what?? 5 pds!! Good deal! :) I'm almost outta those nasty 3's baby!!!!!! It never felt so close before! I'm anxious!

So ya, Ive been pretty quiet recently, schools going crazy but im eating well and getting to the gym a few times. Next week Im going to add another day at the gym or two. Lost 3 again this week.
 
Hi everyone. I too apologize for not posting more and will try to do better from now on.

This week went fairly smooth. I have been sticking to my exercise routine and eating health. Although I did need to reign myself in a little on Tuesday.

Phatgrl - you look like you have the sub 3's locked up for next week. That has got to be a great feeling and extremely motivating! Keep up the good work!

lol Yeah, I tried to be chatty at first but it didn't seem like people were feeling it. haha

Anyway, I posted my weight, no change. WOMP WOMP WOMP!

I know why though. On Thursday I ate almost 3500 calories (and went a little over on Friday) and didn't exercise Thursday or Friday. I'm gonna get back with the program though! No worries. =)
 
ok guys, i updated the list of members, you didn't loose too many actually, but M_marie and cparker, and derrick needs to update their charts!! if nothings posted by friday i'll have to cut them as well??? I don't wanna do that!

this challenge needs a pick me up!! lets see some spirit!! BTW, Wheres your water totals??

This weeks challenge is to get out there and try a new sport!! Excersize can be fun!!

I'm here. Is this where we update? I was 201.5 so I gained 0.5 lbs from last Friday.

I think she's talking about just going back to where you first posted (page 2) and editing your chart you posted. So you need to edit for September 25th w/ your weigh in and October 2nd w/ your weigh in.

Ok so yesterday was not a very good day as far as eating goes. I updated my diary with pictures I took today. Hopefully I'll start seeing more of a change soon. I need to get it together.:blush5::piggy:
 
Oh and Korrie, I was unaware of the water challenge. I guess yall did that when my computer was broken. I'll try to think of something for the new challenge. We'll see how that goes, lol

What is everyone else thinking about doing? As far as trying a new exercise or sport or whatever???

I'm sorry you didn't hear about the water challenge, i think it was a bust anyways. I posted about it in the original halloween sign up thread, but for now on, i'll stop by team threads and update those too!!
 
Just wanted to report I did 1hr on the stationary bike today...anyone else do anything???

I'm trying to be chatty again. Can you tell? :)
 
I slept in!!! if thats what ya mean :)

Im going to the gym later though, no class until 3:20 so Ive got some good time for exercise.
 
Had a super intense workout yesterday!!!! It was AWESOME!!! 3 miles outside running, 1 mile on the treadmill at the gym, leg day, and abs!!!!:party:

Felt awesome!!!

Gearing up for my 5K this sat morning!!! WHOOOOOO WHOOO!!!

I'm here too!! I've just been really busy..I'll be better though. I haven't done much working out lately..not really sure why.

I have been really bad this week. I have been eating OK but no excercise at all until tonight. Just got back from the track, I like to go at night so no one can see how bad I run! LOL.

I did not know about the water challenge either....I don't normally go into the other page. I doubt I could have won it anyways...I am a total slacker when it comes to drinking enough water. I am just not that thirsty and it becomes a chore to keep forcing it down. I know that is a total excuse....right? :nopity:

So what new sport is everyone going to try this week? That is the new challenge is it not?

Hey Gordo!! I know huh!!!! I know I will be under 300 on weigh in!!!!!! I'm soooo excited lol.. craziness!! But, its been forever since I can remember getting on a scale and it saying 2 something.. My birthday is Thursday.. but we arent celebrating til Saturday... so when I do my weigh in Friday its gonna look great... & I'm gonna treat myself to some cake on Saturday and not feel bad! LOL.. You are doing great as well!! Keep it up! :)
 
Hey there Gordo.... hang in there... everyone has rough weeks.


I actually tried line dancing last night... it was 2 hours and wow were my legs and feet sore by the end of that!!!


My new sport is actually creating and joining an indoor soccer league! I am really excited for that. Games do not offcially start though until end of the month.


Alright guys... lets pick this up. We all really need to push strong the end of this week to try and make some progress!!! ME ESPECIALLY!!! This is a competition so we need to cheer each other on and really step up our game! No excuses from any of us! Not me, or any of you. We all know what we need to do to be healthier and kick some butt in this october challange!!!! We only have 25 days left!!!! LETS MAKE THE BEST OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been exercising a whole lot either! We need to kick ourseleves in the ass and PUSHHHHHH!!!!!!! lol I know what you mean about the water. I asked the same question (about the new sport) I'm really not sure. I was thinking basketball but it is freezing here.
 
Hey everyone! How are you all doing?

I'm doing ehh ok. My menstrual cycle is almost over so I'll be exercising again soon!
I'm sick right now. Caught whatever bug is going around and the weather changes surely aren't helping.

Tomorrow is weigh in. I honestly don't expect much change from last weigh in.
After this week though I will be pushing to meet my goal by the end of this challange.

I bought my halloween costume and I wouldn't mind being down in numbers before I actually wear it!

Hope you are all doing well!
