So how was everyone's turkey day? Did we all eat way more than we wanted to? gobble gobble. Yeah, me too. I actually did really well for the actual dinner part of it. I just loaded my plate with turkey (no gravy) broccoli salad (this is a favorite but I made it with light mayo, splenda and fat free cheese), and 3 bean salad but it was the snacks and desserts that just stay OUT all day that killed me off. I should have just picked up a good book and got into that for a few hours. I never did run. I just got reallllly lazy.
Anyway, I was still munching on leftovers (pie and ice cream) late into the evening (11pm!) but oddly and happily I didn't gain anything

I did a happy dance this morning.
I went to do spinning from the triathlon instructor today, but my 3 yr old peed her pants 45 min into it and I was kinda ticked. I had a good thing going and some righteous weights to hit afterwards. oh well. I've spent the day doing decorations for Christmas. I LOVVVEEEE Christmas. So far it looks great, just can't wait for the tree.
I always make a butt-load of fudge (ok thats gross) for a ton of people for Christmas and I don't plan on ditching that tradition but I'm going to have to be very strong! I have a 30 day challenge going on right now with myself and it started today. 30 days of not biting my nails (yes this I do) and 30 days of super squeaky clean eating. It will be the ultimate test since within 30 days I'll have a billion opportunities to blow it with the holiday festivities! If I can make it I'm going to buy this sexy Victoria's Secret black dress I'm eyeing right now and get a manicure in time for Christmas. Wow I really write too much about myself in this "diary"
Anyway, that was a tangent, I brought up the fudge subject because I start making it today. I make 5 different kinds. Its super fun but I'm not sure if its fun cause I get to taste it as I make it, or if making it is actually the fun part. I'll let you know. lol

I hope everyone had a great time with friends and/or family!
(kind of a detox day):
b-2 whole eggs
l-1 can tuna, 1 chopped tomato, 2 chopped stalks celery, chopped red onion, 2 T ff sr cream (this just blends it together well)
s-1/2c cottage cheese, 1T natty butter
d-5oz chopped grilled chicken, 4-5c romaine lettuce, 1 roma tomato, 1T olive oil and balsamic dressing.
Low cal, low carb, low taste day. lol. I might do one more day of this before returning back to "normal"
