Day 17

Well - I know I need to kick into gear because it's so easy to just say "heck with it all" after a bad food weekend lol* So I just have to remember that this will only lead to a happier, thinner, more fit ME =)
B - special K w/ skim = 150
banana

Snack - 1/4 slim fast bar = 30
banana

L - 1 lean pocket -= 280
1 veggie corn dog = 150
1 string cheese = 70

Total so far today = 680 cals

now how many cals are bananas??!! gotta go find this out! i ate 3 today! holy wha!
o ki just found out 1 banana is 138 cals?! holy crap that is a TONNNNN for a fruit!!!!!!!!! i'd rather eat a veggie burger that is only 170 instead! oh my gosh. well i'm not counting them ... lol* i'm not counting veggies & fruits. they are good for ya right?! =)
I just got back from the gym - did about 20 minutes of intense walking on the tredmill and then 20 minutes of elliptical. I didn't go the machines - too many people there, so I will do some free weights ina little bit I suppose =_

D - bowl of special K w/ skim = 150
burger = 170
3 forkfulls of cottage cheese = 80

Day 18

Well ... talk about a creepy morning today! Ok, so it is 5:30 A.M & I get a phone call that says "BLOCKED CALL" on my phone so I figured it was my bf joking around or something and was a little confused ... but I answered it. It was some guy who eventually tells me his name is "Bobby" from Yonko, NY and he kept insisting my name was "Silver". HELLLLLL NO haha ... So finally I hang up on him and he calls back. and this happens over and over abour 3 times before I finally just don't answer and his calls go on until 6:15 a.m.!!! He was begging me to stay on the phone and talk "dirty" to him!!!! UMM psycho!!! What I do not understand is if he really is from NY, how in the heck did he get MY phone number. I live in Michigan - the Upper Penninsula ... very small town. I was so creeped out! I called my parents and bf and was just venting about it and then my mom tells me to be careful when I go out in my car!!!!!! Lovely mom! hhaahha* thank you! So needless to say, I did NOT go for my 6 a.m. workout lol* on my way there in a few!

Just had a really good workout - did a lot of strength training for my arms & then 32 minutes on the tredmlil about 3.5 - 4 mph ... then the stepper for 8 minutes.
Anyone know any good butt exercises?! haha* I gotta get mine perked up :)

If it was a blocked call....you dont really know if it is from New York or in your own city....just be careful....Personaly if I read a blocked number on my id...then they dont deserve to talk to me.....But if I DO answear it and it it someone I know I tell them they better allow their number to show up...
As for the pizza....i think it is ALWAYS best in the morning...lol...
And I am glad you and your boyfriend had a fun date....there is nothing like just being together without drama....makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside..lol
 
You are so right :) We had a wonderful date - it was absoultley perfect! I'm going home to see him and my family this week! yay!
You have a good point about the blocked call too - ihave no way of knowing if he is my next door neighbor OR someone from NY! never know!

Day 19

B - tofu/fruit shake = 170 ish

headig to the gym! I always feel so refreshed afterwards - its just GETTING there that is the problem haha* But I figured since i pay for this damn menbership, might as well get my money's worth!!!

workout = 45 minutes tredmill w/ incline ( 5 min warm up and cool down )
= 15 minutes elliptical

L - 1 chicken patty = 150
1 veggie patty = 170

S- another shake = 170 ish

= 660 so far

D - 1 chicken breast = 110
1/2 cup cottage cheese = 100
TONS of cauliflower
pretzels w/ dip = 70

I had some guy call my pager or cell phone by mistake, he got my voice mail, and was telling me how sweet my voice was, then he sounded like he was having a little too much fun on the other end... eeeewwwwww!

Day 20

Twenty days into this! yeee haw! And today is the first day of our second club!!! This is so exciting :) I am totally dedicated to these next 2 weeks.

I got upu realllly late today for me haha* I went to the casino last night with some friends! Lost of course lol*

B- 2 poached eggs = 180

L - plate full of cauliflower & broccoli cooked
1 chicken breast = 110

Today is CLEANING day! haha* yay. NOT! My apartment is a wreck right now so after lunch, time to get this place in tip tip shape ... (wait - isn't that what i'm trying to get MYSELF into? hehe*)

S- cottage cheese = 100 cals

TTL cals= 400

D - salmon w/ crm. of mushroom soup w/ peas .... spread on crackers = 500 total but I only ate about 1/2
= 250

= 650

Day 22

I skipped yesterday - I went home yesterday so I didn't write it -- and this weekend wasnt that great for food. yikes! I need to step it up tomorrow .. totally dedicated to this!

I'm not writing down everything I ate today - haha* too much to remember ;)

Hope all my girls are doing great in group 3! & of course everyone else :) :)

"Bobby" is calling again ... calling me silver AGAIN!!!! .... SCARY!!! At 4 a.m. - 6 a.m. again ... I yelled at him! Doesn;t even bother him though! I called the police and made a report and had my phone tapped. He called at least 12 times this morning. This guy is a freak!!!

Today has been just go go go all day long! I just haven't had any time to relax or even check my email all day! just school and work ... yuck! I was just starving when I got home!!!

Day 24 - Really feelin' like kickin into high gear!!

This is what the plan looks like for tomorrow ( I want to try to stick to it - makes my day go smoother and keeps me on track)

B (9:00 a.m.)
- 2 scrambled eggs = 180
2 canadian bacon = 80
1 yogurt = 100
pineapple = 90
(big breakfast ....... have a long day ahead of me ...)

S - 11 a.m.

I went to the gym tonight - holy crap am I beat! i did 20 min on the tred., 10 on the elliptical, and then weight machines & then an hour long step class! im so gross right now lol* but i feel great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

D- (8:00 p.m.)
peppers, tomatoes, grilled chicken flavored w/ taco seasoning in a wheat roll w/ salsa = 200


TTL= 990 ---------> notice though that i don't count veggies and fruits like bananas so it really is more than 750! don't worry! haha

Im so glad you called the police this guy sounds a little weird, I hope they put a stop to it. Looks like you are doing really well your food and exercise is excellent.
 
Yeah - some may think i overreacted but seriosuly things like this creep me out - who knows who he is! I feel safer having told someone about it. Thanks girls =)
