B- 1 whole wheat english muffin - 130
light cream cheese - 65
veggie sausage - 80

Ttl:275

Today I weighed in, before breakfast at 196 - woo hoooooo
Gotta kick a*s today ;) Plus tons of hw & should clean & DO LAUNDRY! UGHH

L- 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 90
1 can green beans - 100
Ttl: 190

It is SOOOOOO hot out - I am just sweating sitting here! yuckkkkkk

so far today : 465

Day 9

Well day nine (monday) this is what I planned for my meals - I gotta kick it in high gear this week. Kinda slacked this weekend ...

B - banana

S - veggie patty = 100

L - cottage cheese = 90
2 eggs = 180
turkey bacon = 60

D - grilled chicken w/ grilled peppers & mushrooms & cheese = 200

s-2string cheese-140
TOTAL: 670 ( not counting calories for veggies & bananas)
I can still add a few things in here since there are so few cals as of now ... we will see how hungry I am! I plan on taking a morning walk.

Day 10

I woke up with a sore throat yesterday and it' s even worse today ... yuck

B- whole wheat english muffin w/ no cal butter spray = 130
1 veggie patty = 100

Ttl= 230

L - BES NEW DISCOVERY IN THE WORLD!!! YAYYYY :) 2 glasses of smoothie = aprox. 260 cals
*light orange juice, tofu, frozen blueberryies and strawberries and banana

Ttl = 260

S- cottage cheese = 150

Ttl today so far= 640
got my period today - ugh. bloated and cramps =(

D - Lean Cuisine meal - 350

late dinner after work= 1/2 cup pasta w/ tuna & miracle whip & mustard = aprox 450 cals??

TOTAL = 1440 - gotta up my water

Day 11

I have just reliazed that this is the longest I've ever stuck to a diet - lifestyle change - for more than seriosuly 5 days ! Now I just need to get a workout schedule and life will be grand :)

B - fruit smoothie = aprox. 200 cals?

L - 1 string cheese = 70
lean cuisine = 270

ttl so far today = 540

Snack - 5 extra lean turkey bacon = 100
1 string cheese = 70
2 spoonfuls of cottage cheese = 30
ttl so far = 740

D - stir fry turkey w/ chop suey veggies = ??? 200 cals maybe?

Cleaning ALL day so far - top to bottom and a good woorkout too! Haven't sat down all day really!

you are doing better than awesome! hopefully you will be able to fit some exercise in there and you will be all set!
 
Day 12

Day 12 already! Holy cow!

B- special k w/ skim = 160

L- pudding, salad w/ cottage cheese, veggie patty, oil dressing = aprox. 420

so far = 580

turkey breast - NO CLUE? 220 - it says on fitday.com

= 800 today

D- ground hamburger, pasta, tomatoe sauce, corn, = lots of cals im sure but i got in a great workout tongiht & tomorrow a.m. i will too ... i just need this food haha* craving hamburger

going to class til 1, then work at 2 - 6 .... not in the mood to work today haha*

Thanks for asking :) That is so sweet of you! Things are going SO much bette r... I've been making me happy and kind of stepping back and we are going to hang out this weekend for a date :) and just have a really good talk .. and just spend some time together. I'm excited :) :)

Day 15 - bad bad bad weekend! haha

Oooh ... dear. i'm not even writing down or coutning today or yesterday ! I am so disappointed - BUT one good thing, I had a lot of fun! =) Thats gotta count for something. Jayson came up - we had a blast! Went to the movies & pizza ... yes yes. Pizza. Not good! I ate some this morning too. ... bad girl. I will have to start up again tomorrow with all my might before I get too far gone !!
 
Day 16 - back on track!

Tomorrow (Monday) will be day 16 - after a bad weekend ... I was a bad girl this weekend - lots and lots of food, way too much! I feel like a BLIMP!! But today I am starting to kick it in again! I've been doing great - until it hit friday , then BAM! ... wlel Saturday I guess, but still! Geeze.

L- cottage cheese = 100
burger = 150
chicken/ ranch veggie patty = 170

total so far today = 800 cals

S - pretzels w/ dip = 200 cals

Total = 1000 ( it's not even supper time yet ... yikes! but i'm gonna go work out so .. all is well ;)

weekends are the mortal enemy! It's a shame that's when we have the most fun! LOL
I had a bad (food wise) weekend too. Great otherwise though!
Just forget about the weekend, its gone now. Your back in step now, keep it that way! ;)
