Don't wonder... that's definitely helping. If you feed your body the same foods everyday or the same amount of foods everyday, it adjusts. By adding in a cheat day, you shake things up and keep your body guessing. You're doing great! And so are you Skyler so quit second guessing yourself! You're doing everything right!SkinnyKate said:Im almost wondering if my weekly cheats arent helping me a little? kind of sprucing things up by making my body become confused or something.

BTW Kate- check out my new saying at the bottom of my posts. These are my new words to live by from a very smart, and inspiring lady!
well, most times I do...count cals i mean, on a cheat day. but this last weekend I didnt. I had a few beers, and enjoyed some kentucky fried chicken with mashed taters..so i really dont know for sure..the good thing is that while i cheated, i didnt overdo it, just ate enough to get rid of my cravings. and it really does keep me 'good' the rest of the week..partly guilt, and partly because it usually isnt as tasty as i thought it would be. yet if i DONT cheat on a weekly basis, i feel like ive missed out..soo, i just bust my buns all week and go slightly nuts one day a week. it seems to work!skyler said:so, weekly cheats are 1 day at a time? and do you count calories or do you just do whatever?? i'm sure it helps...
thanks kate.
