P90X, Wii Active, Pilates, Tennis, Swimming, Gym (treadmill, bike, elliptical), Weight training, HIIT and Kick/Boxing
Worked hard this week for very little result - but if memory serves this happened last month as well and that ended up OK - so fingers crossed its just a cycle my body decides it needs to go through!

I'm getting sick of not breaking my plateau and getting below 170 once and for all! This has been the hardest part of my weight loss but at least I haven't let the pounds creep back up out of frustration. Need to stay positive but with all the birthdays and weddings coming up and no time to hit the gym this week ... Maybe I'll go back to Wii Active workouts this week to make up for the loss of gym time and the birthday cake...

I know I was supposed to weigh on Thursday according to my weigh in days but I couldn't because I started a new job and I have to wake up super early. I don't like my numbers during the week anymore so I'm switching to saturdays.
Well guys, I hit a bit of a glitch in my plans. I'm pregnant!
Yeah, so...can't really try to lose the last 10 pounds. Last I checked, I got to 130.6 from 140. While pregnant I'll just try and keep exercising, toning, and try not to gain more than 20-25 pounds...then try again once I have the baby.
Of course, I am happy, even though I will not see 120 for some time now.
On another note, I'm anxious for tomorrows weigh in. I've forbidden myself to weigh again until Thursday morning. Monday I weighed myself and I was 170.6 lbs! I've been staying on the right track all week and I'm hoping with tomorrow's weigh in I'm rewarded with a number under 170.....we shall see!
Weighed in today but said that I'm weighing in on Saturdays from now on. I weighed in at 169.2 which is like 4 lbs down. I'll come in with an official weigh in on Saturday... but my time of the month is coming so that number may or may not change....
