Part of me wonders if 10 lbs in one month is possible? A few weeks ago I had given myself the goal going down to 210 lbs by October 1st so that I could once again fit into one of my favourite pieces of fall clothing... So far not so good, I've been plateauing ..lack of motivation, actually :(

Anyways... let's get to the point

If anyone is curious this is what I do on a daily basis. One or two of these a day: ( totaling 45min-1.5hr)
P90X, Wii Active, Pilates, Tennis, Swimming, Gym (treadmill, bike, elliptical), Weight training, HIIT and Kick/Boxing

It looks like I did great but I am really just back down to the weight I was prior to my first weigh-in this month. 4 times/wk at the gym and a few long walks helped me keep it down but my eating habits have been off. Really need to get down below 170 soon!

I'm surprised I lost anything at all since this week I'm forced to have dinner at my MIL's every night. (in case you were wondering...no, I don't like my MIL that much)
