Senior needs help with my work outs.

We had a very lazy walk with Bella this morning. She seemed to want to check out every nook and cranny for scents. On the upside, I am heading to Kingston for a late afternoon dive charter.

Great dive last night. Water was a little rough and dive boat was a little rocky on the way out and at anchor on the wreck. We were in water about an hour with 30 minutes at 50 ft dive time. The water was like glass when we got back to the dock. (8 pm)

How beautiful! And lovely that Bella gets to take her time on walks. Leisurely sniffing around outside your own territory must be the highlight of the day when you're a dog.

Today was another drive/visit with my mom day. My wife Sharon had already walked Bella so I hit the Treadclimber when I got home.

Today we were late to get going. (Hair cuts in the morning) Bella & I had a leasure walk together & I did half hour cardio on the stairclimber while my wife went for her run.

Today Bella & I had a very easy paced walk together. She seemed to want to take her time & smell everything. I talk about our 11-1/2 year old Bella a lot so I thought I share her with everyone.

She's adorable! Always happy to see puppy pics. Do you cut your own hair? That would be so convenient! Too bad I wouldn't know where to start...

Bella gets groomed by a professional ( shampoo, blow dry, brushed & trimmed, and nails ground ) every six weeks. She’s a real debutant!

We’re having unseasonably warm weather this week. Breaking 150 year temperatures. 28 and 29 C when normal temps are frost in morning’s and high of 12C.
Today was a bad road trip day to visit with my mom. Normal travel time is 1.5 to 2 hrs each way . The afternoon drive home longer due to dinner time highway traffic. Today it was 3 hrs in both directions due to lane restrictions & construction.
Got home exhausted, but managed to drag my butt downstairs to the Treadclimber for 40 minutes cardio.

Same with the weather here: physically comfortable but mentally terrifying. Although temperatures plummeted over nicht so now it's only 22°C.

Ouch on the miserable drive: fingers crossed the next one will be back to normal.

We’re dog sitting this weekend, so I took the opportunity to swim some laps in our kid’s backyard pool.

Well it was great while it lasted. The weather has returned to normal seasonal temperatures.

We were supposed to get a big tenperature drop as well but as of today we're only expecting rain tomorrow and the day after. Still with 17-18°C and back up to 25 on Wednesday. It's so weird to still be in shorts when the days are getting so short.

We’ll if ever there was a season for SAD (seasonally affected disorder) this is it! Less than 12 hours daylight, cold (10C) and rainy for next 3 days. Time to bundle up with a good Clive Cussler (diving adventures) book.

Rains have thankfully moved on. We had our first frost this morning so we didn’t take Bella for her walk until noon, when it warmed up to 10C

The rain is taking a break here too & we are expecting a couple more frosts this week. That's normal for Tasmania coming up to the last month of Spring. I can't wait to plant out the tomatoes. Does your house have shutters, Mike? That was one thing I really loved about my sister's house in Baltimore.

Looks like your rain moved on to Austria but I'm not complaining. 10°C at noon is seasonally nice.
