We (my wife &I) get our second Pfizer vaccine shot this week. The province has accelerated the 2nd shot schedule to two months, from four between shots. We’re looking forward to travel again!
 
Well done, Canada. We were not able to have Pfizer & had AZ in March & will have the 2nd one at the end of this month. I don't think I will feel confident enough to travel. Our Australian gov't put most of its eggs in one basket & ordered mostly AZ & very little Pfizer.
 
Our Federal gov didn’t bet on one source. They contracted Pfizer, Modern-a, J&J and AZ., although J&J has yet to be approved due to qualify problems.
 
We were away from home visiting my mother & Sharon’s brother. Spent two hours in the car each way, but it was good to see them. Bella was at daycare having a play day. We left Bella relaxing on the back deck during our evening walk. Sharon set the pace ( she runs 5k in 33 min btw) & I had my best time for 3km walk to date. So we now know the slow poke in our group has 4 legs & a tail

Bella & I were out this morning for our 5k walk. I husseled her along and our time together improved. Problem is she wants to stop & smell every tuft of grass, and mailbox pole along the way, & pee on wherever another dog has.

Archie is the same. Sometimes he drags me along(especially up near home where he smells wallabies) but on his walks in town he wants to stop everywhere & zig zags from side to side of the footpath. peeing or trying to.
 
My wife & I got our second Pfizer COVID vaccination shots yesterday. Two weeks incubation now till we’re fully vaccinated! Felt good to get the second shot done!
one the fitness side, has another good walk with Bella this morning, weight still holding at 206 lbs.

Had a wonderful Father’s Day, with our daughter, son-in-law & grand children playing in pool, relaxing in the sun , bbqing chicken kabobs & enjoyed family time together. Just the 6 of us, out doors (our family bubble). This morning I was pleasantly surprised to weigh in 205 lbs. It’s raining here today, so had a good cardio session on the stairclimber.

Cooler air moved in after yesterday’s rain making it a nicer walk (15C) this morning. Bella was eager also, having missed her walk.
