Day 29's Menu
M1 - 1 egg and veg with 2CB
M2 - 120g chicken and veg and an orange.
Snack- 150g mango and 1 CB
M3 - beef and veg stirfry with 2CB.
Well I think I know the reasons for my cravings now.....it's nearly tom time!!!!
I have been feeling tired and irritable ( well more so then normal
)...and I checked my dates too.
Really hungry tonight and started nibbling on my dinner early...
At least it wasn't the kids dinner tonight!!!....
Anyway I will need to stay strong and fight the craving as much as possible.....any suggestions from anyone out there on how they manage cravings during tom time??
Okay I'm logging out.....hubby home it's our 19th wedding anniversary and he had not called all day so he knows I am not happy with him...but his come home with flowers and wine
....and he knows i'm doing Cohens.
So he'll be drinking it on his own.
