Hi guys,
just popping in to see how everyone's doing.
I've been awol a while, but that doesn't mean I've stopped running
I've made some awesome friends while running and been to awesome places for a run (some highlights: half marathon on Curaçao, start a 06.00 AM because of the heat, running a 31 k trail on a dreary januari morning with a great group of friends, smashing my PB on the HM).
And lots of good things to come:
Ths weekend I'll be running a 37 k trail and next month I'll be running my second marathon.
I've also registered for my third: in november in Vegas
And planning for another one in april 2016, with a group of my college buddies.
Weightwise I've been doing OK. Gained some weight fast after my marathon (like 15 lbs). Running a marathon makes you hungry my friends
Now I'm almost down to my pre-marathon weight again, and hopefully this time I can keep it down afterwards, so I can lose some more weight while training for Vegas.
Keep pounding the pavement or enjoying those trails!
