Weight-Loss Road Trip Challenge: Chunky to Lean

8 miles in 45 minutes on the elliptical total burned 660 cals.

New total: 325.5 miles
 
Warm up walking for 15 minutes, ran for 20 minutes and did my bike for 30 minutes. That gives me a total of 1 mile for the day. I'm hopefully getting a pedometer tomorrow so my readings will be more accurate. :D


New Total = 362.75
 
Got in 2 miles walking at the airport (on purpose during my lay over time.) And 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday - total of 4 miles.

NEW Total = 393.75
 
417.75 = Total miles

2 miles on the eliptical on Level 5, 2 miles on the treadmill 8% incline at 3.5 mph.
 
I haven't hd access to a computer since Wednesday so here's the breakdown:

Wednesday: 2 miles walking
Saturday: 3.5 miles at the Race for the Cure walk
Sunday: 3 miles walking
Total:8.5 miles

New Total = 443.5
