If so...

Last night 2.75 miles eliptical, 1 treadmill= 3.75 miles

New Total= 89.5

Tonight I just finished up - 4.55 miles on the the elliptical and 15 min. weights. = 5 miles total

New total = 94.5
 
I don't know about everyone else but i have no problem with others joining in as long as they remember to add their totals to the main total so that we get there faster. So welcome and good job to both of you for getting in great workouts.
 
yesterday = 2 miles on the eliptical, 1 mile on the treadmill, 1/2 hour weight = .5 mile

Total Miles = 134.5
 
I was on a field trip yesterday with 5th graders - took my pedometer along and it recorded over 20,000 steps! Which is equal to 10 miles. And I believe it because throughout the whole time on the field trip, we barely sat down - and it was at a pretty decent walking pace (not like most field trips where you are all bunched up.)

So new total = 163
 
I walked in the Homecoming Parade with my kids today. Walked far from where I parked my car to where we started and then the whole parade route. 3 miles.

Wow! Everyone did really well for a weekend. Personally I think I should get to add football games in, because standing for 4+ hours is awful, but i'm not sure how it would translate into mileage. :rotflmao:
 
Well I just started on the challenge a few days ago, but so far here it is:

Total: 8 miles

Welcome! Just tack on your mileage to the total mileage from the following post. The goal is for all of us to get there together. Therefore, 177 miles + 8 miles=

New Total= 185
 
1.56 miles on the elliptical and 2.01 miles on the treadmill = 3.57

New Total = 188.5
 
3 miles cross trainer, 1 hr weights = 5 miles

New Total= 193.5
