They vary to be honest. 99% of the time breakfast is a banana; I'm not a breakfast fan but I know it's important so force the issue. Lunch is awkward as I travel between different building sites so I tend to grab whatever I can from a local shop. Sometimes it'll be a little pasta pot, sometimes a wrap or even sometimes fruit! without a doubt this is where most of my crummy calories have been coming from in the past. Evening meal is a real mix, I've just cut right back on portions, especially on things like bread etc. What do your meals usually look like?
If 59 is your resting HR, you're doing just fine. Even 64 isn't high
I basically eat dinner for breakfast. I'd get really grumpy by 10 am if I didn't eat breakfast. But everyone's different. Have you considered meal prep for your lunches?
This is actual genius I have genuinely never considered this before. game changer!I've started prepping not only lunch, but 10am snacks. That way, I'm not eating my lunch before lunch, and then second lunch for lunch.
I am not a hobbit.
I live in that bubble too, or at least I try toMind you, I think I'm living in a bubble anyway. I watched Terminator Genisys the other night and all I could think was "why can't they all just get along?"
