Wow, that's great! Must be nice to see such changes occuring in your life!

Your weight loss will probably slow down, but I can tell you from experience that the later kgs are much more visible than the first ones (it's also logical, think about peeling an onion. Every peel you remove is smaller.
I lost a bit slower than you (1 kg/week), and have lost 8 kg in the last 8 weeks, and it makes such a big difference. Can't imagine what the final 10-14 kg will do. But I expect my weight loss rate to drop to 0.5 kg per week eventually.
Yea im expecting the weight loss to slow down. When that does happen ill just keep pushing forward.
 
Some people feel so terribly about themselves that watching other people succeed bothers them. There's a word for this type of person - pathetic.

Sometimes having a 'phrase' helps shut them down - something like "I'd appreciate if you'd keep your opinions to yourself or I can leave the room and you guys can discuss this with each other." or "This is my lifestyle now and I'm not subjecting you to it so I'm not sure why you're getting so aggravated."

I tend to have a few phrases memorized for when I know there will be a tension-filled situation. It gives me a boost of confidence to practice those phrases so that I know I'll be able to say 'something' instead of just getting upset and fuming.

There will always be moments that attempt to railroad you - an injury, a bad relationship, a bad friendship, family members who suck, or even just a plateau that gets you down. This is just practice for the future and for keeping the weight off. You're doing a fantastic job! Keep it up!
Yea sometimes life friends family can be a downer.
 
Went to a buffet today for lunch. Ate mostly meat and a couple of veggies. So its been a pretty good day.

Breakfast- none. (0 calories)

Lunch- Golden Corral buffet. (857 + 300 for guess work calories)

Dinner- avocado, mini mozzarella balls. (498 calories)

Snack- 5 strawberries. (30 calories)

BMR= 2936
Cals= 1685
Total -1251

Yea since i didnt cook it and didnt have a food scale on the table i thought I'd throw in some mystery calories.
:D Those are called fat... There´s certainly always more fat in restaurant food than in what I cook. When I look at cooking shows my mind boggles sometimes.

Lunch- Scrambled eggs-w- salsa verde. (608 calories)

Dinner- burrito in a bowl. (778 calories)

Snack- 2 jello cups. (10 calories)

You will. Keep doing what you're doing. I know it must feel like a long haul, but you will get better & better, stronger & stronger. You can do this Rebel xoxo
 
I picked up some almond milk to try. It taste ok but its the thinnest milk I've ever tried. We'll its an option anyhow
 
Almond milk takes some getting used to, but I love it now. I buy an unsweetened, long-life one. It lasts ages.
