Nope pick em up at any hardware or home repair store.Dunno about your area but over here buying grow lights gets you put on the list of probable weed growers

Sounds like a good idea. It’s there so might as well use it.Glad you have an attentive doctor! I live in an older condo building with ample grounds and gardens and in the Summer a herb garden is grown. I haven't really made good use of it since i've been eating junk since i moved in 13 years ago but this year i hope to make good use of it. Hugs, Jane.
Here coriander are seeds kinda like allspice. If your talking about what we call cilantro I love it. Here it’s so warm the insects are really hard on herbs so I’m going the indoor approach. Instead of several pots thinking one communal herb garden. Mini herb forest I guess. I thought about a large glass bowl so it would be terrium esk but not sure about the lack of drainage.I love growing herbs, but they are in pots mostly, on our deck or in raised beds, just outside the kitchen. You could bring some of them in though if you needed to. Chives, Flat-leaf Parsley, Coriander, French Thyme, Rosemary & French & Vietnamese Mint we use the most of. I love collecting the seed & growing new plants from seed I have collected. It's rewarding.
O, you can, no problem. But someone will still (unofficially) take note. I´d like to see pictures of your project at some time.Nope pick em up at any hardware or home repair store.
Yea the leaves I love in Mexican dishes and beans and salsas. The seeds I add to salsa but mostly use it in my curry dishes. Normally if cumin goes in the dish so does corriander(seeds).Yep, coriander is your cilantro, but we use the seeds & the leaves. How about a fish tank with a heat lamp? Maybe rocks on the bottom for better drainage? Smart cookie, your doctor!
Oh I’m sure but instead of a big expensive grow light setup I’ll prob just get the grow bulb and put it in a universal clamp on light. I will if I can get pictures to work. No matter what I do, this site says images are too large......started with the new iPhone.O, you can, no problem. But someone will still (unofficially) take note. That may be the first time I heard duct tape and girlie in the same sentence without a negative to separate them. The duct tape ummm i dunno...most girly patterns.
You monster! Must have been a tiny beagle though. That and a beagle with cream cheese should have been another 600 calories or so.
Damn typos lolYou monster! Must have been a tiny beagle though.
I love rosemary... can’t find any though. The garden supply will prob have it. Never had fresh mint in a dish. A raw leaf under the younger just for the taste but none otherwise.I think the little herb garden/tank thing is a really good idea. FYI, rosemary can be very hard to kill and goes well in a lot of stuff. And mint. Mint will take over everything if you let it.
I’ve heard that rosemary will really take over if planted in a crowded area so will have to really keep it cut back. I’ll bbq just about anything but a beagle might be crossing the line lol.We use a lot of fresh mint. It comes up everywhere, but when it appears in an actual garden bed I just rip it out & throw it over the fence to the sheep. They love it too. Fresh mint is lovely as a tea. I'm going to take our Rosemary & plant it out into the garden & let it grow as a bush as I have just the spot for it when G digs out a dead tree fern. Herbs are mostly very hardy. That was so funny about the Beagle
