All those steps and cake have apparently resulted in me dropping 6lbs since I've been away...rather confused but will take it! 196lbs down from 204.
 
Thanks everyone :D Scales were broken for a while before the holiday but I guess 6lbs is still pretty awesome! Checked again this morning in case it was a fluke but I'm still sitting at 196lbs so I'm a smiley Sunflower today.

Yesterdays food:

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with low-cal spread (150)
Lunch: apple, graze box (200)
Dinner: veggie burger (130) roll (190) quinoa, grain mix with vegetables and halloumi (300)
Snacks: leftover Halloween chocolate (!) (165) wine x 2 (430)

Steps: 11,200
Total: 1565

First day back at work today after over a week off - what fresh helllll awaits me today!!! Going for a quick drink with an old friend I've not seen since March after work but am hoping it'll be brief.. Want to get home to see my Yank! Last night I made a veggie chilli and wild rice as meal prep for the week so lunch today is taken care of. Happy days! Take care everyone xx

Ahhhh you guys are the best :) Onderland for meeee! Weighed again this morning and still 196lbs - firmly in the ones!

I ate too many calories yesterday but I did 14,000 steps and lots of those calories were wine..I think I ended on just over 2,000 for the day.

Work was a shitting ballbag yesterday - one of my 18 year olds stabbed someone in the hostel he lives in and was evicted with immediate effect so I now have a homeless teen to sort out this morning.. And back to back meetings until 3 so no lunch until then. Blurghhh

Plan today is work, work, work and then the gym.
 
make the most of the gym for stress relief, taking work frustrations out on the weights is very therapeutic after a bad day !
 
:eek: Back- and otherwise stabbing teens sound even harder to deal with than the regular kind. Good luck getting that sorted out!
 
Hi guys - thanks so much! Weighed in at 195.5lbs this morning but I could probably do a big wee and lose that so I shant count it as a loss just yet. I kicked butt with my walking yesterday, did over 15,000 steps so that's good.

Calories yesterday was 1740 - still too high but I am doing plenty of exercise. It's that damn wineeee.

Work has been insane - I've got a volunteering shift at the soup kitchen tonight at 6 so won't be home until 9 and Yank stayed up to watch the Cubs game last night (Goooooo Cubbies!) so we will be in bed early.
