Weight-Loss Pumpkin Posse

Weight-Loss
tomorrow's the big day, you guys ready? How many fell off the wagon? Let's get back on it if you did!

I lost 1.8 pounds this week! 2.8 in total for two weeks - not quiet my goal of 4 but I still have time to make up for it! How'd everyone else do? Let's go team!! I can't wait to see the final results by the end of the challenge - I'm so anxious for Halloween and need to start making my costume! Hope everyone has a great on-track weekend! No slip-ups this time around!

wow, like half our team didn't show up! thats too bad. hey guys...no one seems to be updating their original charts exp. for shyjesta, me and bmohearn.

can you do that for me so I know if we still have many members onboard??

I guess Splish is out since she deleted all of her threads?

i've updated the list of members, having to cut about half. I still left C.Girl and San incase they update their posts b/c at least they have posted lately and have charts. the others never got that far....

This weeks challenge is to get out there and try a new sport!! Excersize can be fun!! BTW, wheres everyones water totals???

we can still win this though guys, its based on percentage of loss!!! lets rock it guys!

I did not drink much water...I like this weeks challenge... I am ready to get going, I feel like I have not given it my all... if I want to meet my halloween goal, I need to shape up, and get busy!

709.8 oz of water this week. I posted it in my weigh in chart. It sucks that people are disappearing. I'm looking forward to trying something new this week. I wish it was next week though. I am *hopefully* getting Wii and Wii fit for my birthday on the 13th, and that would be something new to try.

I'm not sure what I'll do yet, but I'll try something.

Hey Korrie, I'm still here!

I just realized I had to update the original message! First timer over here.

As for water I haven't been keeping track but I'm sure I get at least 3 Litres a day - water is not a problem for me so I don't generally keep track.
I'll have to see if my aerobics instructor will try something new or else maybe skip a class and play raquette ball instead or something - I'll see how the week plays out.
Too bad so many people from our team have left - I wonder what happened to Splish?

Korrie,

I'm here too!!! Also didn't realise I had to update the original msg, which I will do right away. Pls pls put me back in. I have been writing in the posse (last post 03 Oct.) and running like crazy to break my 132 lbs plateau. Thanks.

-Juni

Been drinking 2 ltrs of water everyday.

I am back in the States visiting family. I haven't had time to post so much coz I'd like to spend as much time as I have with my grams. Please, may I be back in the challenge?

We need her (Juni) and I know she is going to get out of that plateau as soon as she gets back to India! So please add her back! Go posse!

Sorry for not updating on time. Not having a good time right now, so I don't get around to do half the things I want to do. :(

Haven't lost anything, but at least I didn't put anything on either.

Drinking 3+ litres of water every day. So at least I am doing something right. :)

hey everyone, I know alot of people get discouraged, if they dont see results... But you know what, if you stick to it, and keep updating, you will find the results you seek. It's easy to not try, when you don't have anything in front of you to focus on. I write down everything I eat, even when I may go past my calories, I still write it down. Not to show how I messed up, but to show me, that I can always get back on track, never STOP! and I don't I keep going, and I have continued to lose weight, i've lost over 40 pounds since July 20th, slow... but steady, and by keeping track of everything I EAT, and drink. it has to become a habit, just like overeating is.

That is so encouraging. I need to start writing down everything I eat. 40 pounds in 2.5 months? thats amazing!!!! Congrats!

I write everything down too and find it really helpful.
I have a long weekend ahead of me and thanksgiving dinner so next week might not be as good of a result as previous weeks - I'm going to try my best and push through it and not forget about my goals. Hope everyone has a great weekend.:waving:

another 2 pounds lost! down to 280... I didn't think I would lose more than a pound... i've been a little sick, and I haven't really done anything physical this week. hope everyone else has some great weigh ins!

Hi guys! i'm dealing with alot of discouragement myself. But shyjesta is right! we need to keep our eye on the prize and pick things up a notch. Can everyone say they're doing their best?? i know I can't. but i will, I vow right now to my team that i will do my very best for the remainder of the challenge!
