I'm having a meteocre week. I haven't lost or gained. But I still have a few days to work. I was dealing with things emotionally, and it made me EAT. Now I now what my downfall is. So I can work on it. I'm feeling better than ever, and I plan on going to the gym Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Saturday is my birthday party. (and a scheduled cheat day, even though I'm going to try to make it a GOOD cheat day.)
I'm hoping for a 2 pound loss this week still. We'll see. Hope everyone is doing good with the water. I've had 101.4 oz Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Today. (6 water bottles a day)
