Well, after work this morning to keep pace with my new goal i went to the gym for a run and did another 2.5 miles.

total is 8.5 miles of 45.

Sorry no updates this week.

Still no pretzels....but i WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH I WEIGHHHHH....

I ran 6 miles over three days. 14.5 out of 45.

I have been doing good everywhere but not the pop:(Have been drinking less of it but still having it.

Been drinking my water and doing alot of yoga...
 
Today I went for another long run. 11 miles today and half a mile yesterday (just to round out my weight training). That puts me at 46.5 mile down. More then half way there. :auto: I know that it's this challenge that is really pushing the long runs for me.

Pizza: non issue.

ATTITUDE- better, but need to keep focused on the positives a bit more.

ALMONDS- NONE!!! But wow, I never expected it to be this hard!!

JUMPROPE - Nearly 3500, Going to try again on Thursday!!

Three more miles yesterday so that makes 52 miles total. If I was ending today I shoul d have 56 miles in, so I'm a bit behind, but not too bad. I'll probably get a good run in tomorrow, so I'll be all caught up and perhaps a bit ahead.

Pizza, I had the first real run in yesterday and I stayed strong. It was quite tough, and if it wasn't for this challenge I would have given in. I had just come back from the gym, so I had the sense that I "deserved" it. Then each of the kids didn't finish their second slice. I mean there was all kinds of great pizza just left there on the plates. :svengo: What's a good dad to do? Well, I scraped it into the garbage, wiped away the moisture that was welling up in my eyes, and called it a night. :banghead:
 
Another 7.5 miles today. I could have gone longer, but it was getting dark out so I cut it short. Also, I wasn't sure that my Nike+ was working (it was) and there is a mental thing with me that I can't go running if I don't know the distance.
 
I just realized that this Tuesday is the end of the PreLent Challenge. :svengo:

I don't think I'm going to get all my miles in. I got another 3.5 tonight, but that still leaves me with another 23 to go by Tuesday.

I might get a long run in on Sunday, but from being sick and all I'm not sure how long "long" is going to be. Tonight my legs felt good, but my lungs just couldn't keep up. Even if Sunday is stellar, I'll have to bake it up with another great day on Tuesday. I don't think I'll make it, but I'm not giving up. :gnorsi:

Credit cards, well I got a new phone, so I did use it for that. This weekend I'm going snowboarding, and I also used it for the hotel reservation, but that's the only way. I'm planning on paying cash for everything else.

Pizza, still avoiding it. I've been avoiding it so successfully that it's not even a temptation.
