Post your pics

BF now is around 12%. I don't really measure it ever, but I can guess pretty close since I used to measure it often. It is usually higher than it looks on me, since my abs are thick from conditioning for martial arts.

To get your abs thicker it's all about training heavy on them, same as you would trying to make another muscle grow. Just be carefull, the spinal load can be dangerous if you aren't already strong in that area. If I were to recommend one exercise, I would say roman sit-ups are better than anything else for thickening up the front of your abs, and also for receding your linea alba (center line). Also, know when to stop thickening. You can go too far and they will start to stick out more than you want. Once you get them to where you want, decrease the training load to almost nothing. I haven't done an ab workout in 4 months. I just flex them for stabilization in the rest of my exercises and that is more than enough at this point.
 
thanks nobody. i gotta keep it up for this christmas and new years. but i have finals... so the workin out is takin a bit of a back seat. :(

...a few more. one thing im proud of is my pinch grip, so i figured i'd show my forearm relative to a cd, in the one w/o a cd, it's there behind my arm.. no dirty comments, i have a fiance lol jp i know you guys are good :).. oh yeah and one normal pic..

Well, I'm not shaking...

But yeah, good job. My forearms don't quite take up the diameter of the cd.

Your forearms look like drumsticks.
 
Mreik, get another good back shot. From the angle you posted, it looks like your weak point is your back in comparrison with the rest of you. The rest looks good.
 
mreik i was only kiddening u don't really scare me, well ok may be alittle, but most men do. seriously nice work there, your arms r freakin big. keep updating..:)

Yeah i'm not to keen on flexing my back, although I can lawnmower pull as much as I can db press.. I'll try to get another shot.

basically ive been hittin the benchpress as much as possible. high weight, low reps. i love it. feels great for the ol' tricepers too.

OK pplz, i was inspired by mreik to take some recent pics. these are gonna be my pre-holiday pics. I'm gonna work out as much as possible since i'll have my winter break from college. no work means more time to hit the gym. RIPPING is the #1 priority now. size is now OFFICIALLY taking the back seat. Around mid Jan i'll post the AFTERS. If these links dont work, lemme know.
