VIZEPX - i can see why you won that trophy. you've got a hell of a physique. eres latino? digame... de donde eres?

Crow - nice work bub. you truly look like the punisher. and only 16... keep it up!

Tim - you're cut as nails. try the bulking and see what happens. being 14, you should be able to burn the access fat easily.

Hey wolverine I finally measured my arms....I got 15 1/4" on my left and 15 1/2" on my right, thats as acurate as I could get it

jessica,

by far the best picture posted!!

my parents want me to look into becoming a personal trainer, so that way, when im outta college, i can go to graduate / law school and maybe create a business out of it. ive heard ACE and NASM certifications are highly recommended. do you know what is the best / most qualified certification out there? Reason I ask is I talked to Golds Gym on 54th and 8th about it, and they stated that some certifications WOULD not be accepted there.

i have afaa, ace and nasm. those 3 are the top most recognized certs in the country. but they obviously go in order from easiest to hardest tests. as a beginner, i would suggest getting afaa, aerobics & fitness association of america. affa.com there cert is basic knowledge of anatomy, nutriton, kinds of training and injuries. ace is very intense and nasm is even more intense. i wouldnt advise jumping right into ace or nasm having never been a trainer with any real education background in the field. they are tough tests to pass, afaa is a great start and is recognized by all gyms in america. start with that :)

I can't believe this thread is still going.......all the way from Jun '04. I don't post much and try to give some advice whenever I can, but thought I'd join in. Here are some pics from the last year. btw, jess you're gorgeous.
