I completely agree about feeling so much better, too! Even if I haven't lost weight in the last little bit, I am getting the hang of both watching what I eat and getting in good exercise. Just eating less and things that are better for me has really improved how I feel physically and emotionally. And being more aware of exercise is starting to pay off. I am really starting to get a normal amount. So maybe it's slow progress as far as the scale goes, but we are changing to healthy habits which will improve our lives just as much as dropping the weight!
