SO SORRY TO ALL FOR THE LAG IN MY CHALLENGE THIS WEEK. Not sure how you all want to score this but my challenge is to...
STRETCH FOR 10 MIN BEFORE AND AFTER WORK OUTS or every day this week...rest days included for just 20 minutes of strectching...I'd like for everyone to try to do this outside in the fresh air, but that's if you can. I think we did a challenge where we only stretched for 15 minutes...so I figure before and after would really benefit the workout.
Again, I apologize to ALL for the inconvenience. Maybe we not count a bonus point for Saturday to everyone? Thoughts??
