Sorry to hear that Erika. If you want to take a week or two off and then rejoin the competition I'm sure that would work. We'd really love to have you with us in Vegas :) If your heart is not in it anymore I understand.

Wow! Look at you with all the cardio girl! Sheesh! Glad to see ya back in full force!

On the days you are doing 3 hours of volleyball for instance, I would think you could count both 1 point for cardio, and 1 for weights, since you are using all those muscles in your legs, core, back, arms, etc....

I was thinking that bc my muscles are always sore but didnt want to do that since i wasnt sure... it is vball season now so thats really all i have time for glad it counts for something :) Did you update that for me? Thanks!!

so glad i bought my plane tickets a long time ago because they are $1000 now!! Saved myself 800 bucks! I am so excited now that everything is finalized! we need to work really hard for the next 6 weeks :)

I just finished my 1/2 marathon in 2:34mins. I'm pooped but I had to come into work. It's quarter end close and we have a ton to do.

Anywho, My points this week are beyond horrible. But I intentionally took it easy because I had a 20mile run followed by a 1/2 marathon in one week and I didn't want to injure myself. Also, I didn't track my food and that is one of my biggest challenges. I was too busy this week w/qtr end close to do it. I know I suck. This week will be much better I promise. My goal is to get to 148 next weekend.

Diet was good all week although no loss on the scale. I had went up and then back down to the same weight. LOL
