Ok even though I've only done one day of the 100 push-up challenge (I'm a little behind), I can feel it in my shoulders and under my arms. Plus my abs - due to trying to hold the flab in so it wouldn't touch the ground first.
Now your starting to sound like me.
I complained in class last night that I just couldn't do the tricep dips off the mat well enough due to the fact that my butt is so close to the floor!
