but but its the time of the month! so... :) I did make some terrible choice of food last week but they where less worse than before. and I did exercise 4X a week in the morning for 30min on my bike so its a start. I even did it today before going to school. I did interval: 1min on hard setting and 1 min30 on easy. So at least I am exercising in the morning it not too ruff for me. I just need to incorporate some moderate hight intensity cardio 4-5x a week during night and eat better. another month start! so new goals and challenges :) well done to everyone keep it up xoxox

Oct loss 4lbs

That's good but only avg a lb a week. Seemed to be very hard work.

Put weight on bcos school hols = no 4-7 mile walks. No gym. Off track with food. Did a three hr walk in country but that's it.

Just goes to show. If you put the effort in you lose weight if you slip up you gain.

Thanks for the challenge tho. And we'll done everyone so far. ????

October 2: 159.4 Dealt with a nasty cold this week which forced me to not workout, so I didn't lose the weight I could have. Still dealing with it but back to working out today

October 9: 158.6 (weighed in the morning after having a heavy restaurant meal the night before, weighed after work and I was 158.2)

Sigh. I weighed 151.2 on Saturday night, but have had too much salt in the last couple days and shot my weight up to 153. Down 6.4 pounds this month but not even close to my goal.
 
Recovered back to where I was the week before.

I am sitting at 189lbs and my goal weight for October 31 is 182 (later revised to 180)...

Total October loss: 7.8 lbs


Just started doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and I'm hoping it will help me in November but I beat my original goal of 182 lbs when I started the challenge.

I will get a weight for mine tonight. Not optimistic, we have been out of power for about 3 days so it has been nothing but a carb/notgoodforme fest.

Sorry I'm late. We had the hurricane this last week, power out all over and such. things have been chaos. I knew I was going to be up, but I am happy it wasn't more.
