Weight-Loss
Trying to pick a right day out of the last few so it's neither too easy or too hard. Looking to lose 8 pounds from Oct 6 to Nov 1.

The big challenge will be if I'm three or four pounds under my goal on October 31, whether a day with less trick-or-treaters than anticipated will lead to disaster. That would be the scariest Halloween I've ever experienced...

October 2: 159.4 Dealt with a nasty cold this week which forced me to not workout, so I didn't lose the weight I could have. Still dealing with it but back to working out today

October 9: 158.6 (weighed in the morning after having a heavy restaurant meal the night before, weighed after work and I was 158.2)

October 16: 155.2

October 23: 154.6

October 30: 153

even tho its not my weigh in day i noticed the scale read 176....what happened? I was 173 a few days ago. I'm going jogging, like right now!!

Slower going this week but managed a 0.8 lb loss with brings my total since Jan to 70.4 so quite happy with the progress.

this was not a great week. I had one very very bad eating day. but the rest of the week was ok. But very little exercise was done plus I got sick on saturday and sunday I didn't eat all morning and afternoon but only at night. So I was so hungry I ate bad loll anyway at least I am still updating.. every new week is a new chalenge and goal! Well done to everyone ;)

Being able to consistently update even when things haven't been going well is just as important as reporting all the successes along the way. Hope you're over the sickness and back into the groove.
 
I am sitting at 189lbs and my goal weight for October 31 is 182...

Going good - Only 1.8 lbs to go so well I might as well lower it to 180 by Halloween!


Way to go everyone! Aside from my weigh-ins here I tried to motivate myself by pulling a medium sized shirt that I loved out of the closet and trying it on. It did go on which was exciting. Then I got stuck in it while taking it off. It was already over my head because the arms were too tight. It was kind of scary and hilarious at the same time. I will know I've come a long way when it fits again. (If I'm brave enough to ever try it on again lol).

Weekend comfort eating.

Will make more effort at gym and sticking to eating plan.
