Spent this entire week fighting off the results of a couple of social gatherings at the end of last week - so to be down at all is a success to me. And I've lost inches.
Also now in a competition with my boss to lose weight by Christmas with weekly weigh-ins. I'm not letting him win. lol.
Really impressed with some of your results and your dedication even when you slip up! I know after seeing the numbers go up this week the loss of momentum made it really hard to get back into the right frame of mind and it was hard to get back on track but we did it!
