This is a bit of a cheater weight since I tied one on last night, and that has probably left me dehydrated this morning. I'll take it though.

One night out with free drinks and bad food choices did this week in. Weighed in this morning and weight has returned to normal so still have a shot at making goal by end of month.

Ok this was another bad week(well less than last week), but at least the scale didn't show 206. So I did lose a tiny bit of weight. walked a little, still did some bad food choice. but anyway I neeedd to get back to exercise. wow I have been feeling so down lately I know exercise will greatly help and stop eating crap too. had a back week of indigestion loll

Spent this entire week fighting off the results of a couple of social gatherings at the end of last week - so to be down at all is a success to me. And I've lost inches.



Also now in a competition with my boss to lose weight by Christmas with weekly weigh-ins. I'm not letting him win. lol.



Really impressed with some of your results and your dedication even when you slip up! I know after seeing the numbers go up this week the loss of momentum made it really hard to get back into the right frame of mind and it was hard to get back on track but we did it! :beerchug:
 
Only down to 154.6. :( Would have to lose 4.6 pounds to make my goal! Not gonna happen! However I did know it was quite a lofty goal, I was gonna put my goal as 152 but got ambicious (sp?). Would have been unlikely to make that too but would have gotten a bit closer.
 
So I weigh in later for this week. To be honest, can't wait. Is that silly? I crushed it this week so I am fairly confident the scale will smile upon me!
 
I was so worried I wasn't going to lose anything! One week to lose 4.5 lbs. Hopefully I can get this!

I am blown away... I way undershot for October. I knew I was excited for a reason earlier! Guess I should reset my nov.1st goal


New oct. goal: 232lbs

I am not as optimistic about next week. SO glad to have broken the plateau though. Was stuck around 244ish for almost 2.5 months or so.
 
Thanks, really was not expecting that. It's amazing what cleaning up some off track eating and busting your rump will do. I am 7.8lbs away from my -80lb mark!

Yes I am so happy to weigh _only_ three hundred and twenty-four pounds. :)


I should be able to stay at 325 or below for the next four days, though water weight fluctuation could always get me. As could the dreaded trick-or-treater bowl.

but but its the time of the month! so... :) I did make some terrible choice of food last week but they where less worse than before. and I did exercise 4X a week in the morning for 30min on my bike so its a start. I even did it today before going to school. I did interval: 1min on hard setting and 1 min30 on easy. So at least I am exercising in the morning it not too ruff for me. I just need to incorporate some moderate hight intensity cardio 4-5x a week during night and eat better. another month start! so new goals and challenges :) well done to everyone keep it up xoxox
