It's been a few months since I've participated but really enjoyed it on the months that I played along


Everyone welcome, choose a day and a weekly weigh in to see if we can all have a great Rocktober for weight loss.

I just need to stay away from the Halloween candy!
 
i went out looking for ice cream last night while struggling with my sweet tooth and im so glad i couldnt find any. the local 7eleven had a busted freezer and all the ice cream spoiled!


at the time i was pissed but now that its the next day and the craving has passed i am feeling so much better and ive lost almost a pound already!


i started at 174 and even tho its not my weigh in time i stepped on the scale and it read 173.2


So now im going for a jog. who wants to join me?

Not exactly tearing it up but considering it was a less than stellar week I will take it.
