No More Free beer, just a journal

Quick update - much better news!! Managed 11 miles (slowly) on Sunday and have a green light to runt he half on Sunday. Really looking forward to it although, I suspect my cardio fitness will have droppped as I haven't had much chance to train over the last few weeks!

Still lifting weights 3 times a week and think its time I re-assessed my routine so will be posting up some specifics when that has been done.

Now my achilles is almost back to full strength, I will be re-introducing deadlifts & squats :)
