Weight-Loss No binge, no purge - one day at at time.

Weight-Loss
Did not b/p. I did not crave anything today. Mostly because I had a little leftover piece of raisin bread with butter. Tomorrow I won’t have that and I don’t have any binge foods in my place.

Didn´t binge today but I was sorely tempted.
I am glad you didn't binge, and I sure know that "sorely tempted" thing. Its something I believe I will have to deal with the rest of my life.

I did not binge today, and did not have strong urges, but the desire is always there, lurking waiting for an opening. Feeling kind of funny about it all tonight, maybe a bit down. But I know not bingeing will help me feel better sooner.

Let's not binge tomorrow.
 
Did not b/p today. Ate pretty good and did not overeat. And no cravings. Nobody here to throw me off. Just have to cook for one which is easy to do. I hope I do well tomorrow!

Good work Vic and Rob! I had a couple too many chicken wings but no binge and no sweets other than fruit and a little chocolate sauce.

I did not binge yesterday, but I did have that feelings that it might be ok to go ahead and eat more, a lot more. I know that I have to be careful if I up my food intake, doing it slowly and carefully. Not doing it just yet.

No b/p yesterday. Today I’m hoping to do the same. Been doing IF. And it’s working for me. I did have cravings but I just had a big mug of tea. I even slept last night and so did not get up and eat.
 
No binge today, but I did have some temptation to keep eating after both lunch and dinner. I know I am never more than 5 min away from a binge, have to keep vigilant.

No binge today, and I was not tempted until dinner. Got pizza for the grandkids, I did eat one piece but for a while I sure wanted more.

I don't eat pizza very often but when I do have it at home I'll have a large salad with it and alternate bites. That way I get the pizza for deliciousness and the veggies for nutrition and bulk. Plus when only every other bite is pizza it lasts longer so it feels like I've had more.
 
I agree LaMa, that is pretty much what I did, one piece of pizza and a big salad.

No binge here today, the walk kept me busy until afternoon. We had a socially distant bbq with about a dozen well spaced guests. It was my wife's sister's birthday. I resisted the birthday cake, but it was hard. I did ok, none, not a bite.
