I really dont feel like eating, just going to bed, but I have to cook. I didn't get to go to curves. Tomorrow is weigh in and I only have .2 untill my first goal is met. Then they will give me the next big goal. Hope ya'll have had a t-rific day and a gr-8 evening! Hugs!

YEEHAW! I got my 10% today. So, now i have set a new goal. I know it's not much, but being totally honest with myself and ya'll, I really was about to throw in the towel because I was getting frustrated. So, I don't want to go there again, so I made this next goal obtainable. I did good with my food today because I wasn't feeling well, but I think it's sinus. Oh, you know how they say, treat yourself when you meet your goal? Well, I am going tomorrow to get a pedicure. I think if I ever get down to my next 10% which is 182, I will get my hair hi-lighted. My hubby's been sick, I think gall bladder. Has a CT scan on Mon. Hey, I only have this next week of school left to work, then off for the summer. I need to buy a bike. Boy, am I on cloud 9. Wonder when hubby will notice I am loosing weight? BTW I bought a pr of 16's this past weekend and the butt and thighs are loose.

Monday, ugh. Back on track again. Yesterday was bad. Hubby and I were out looking at new cars and he was hungry so we stopped. I ate 2 pcs. of fried chicken, half a biscuit, 3 sips of real coke and then later a movie size box of sugar babies with chocolate on the outisde. I cut bck on dinner last night to compensate. This a.m. I did the biggest looser #1 part along with the cool down in place of curves. I need to do soemthing this evening to work off what I gained yesterday. Yes, i did get my pedicure, lol. I am gonna go cook a lean cuisine and hopefully post later! Hugs!

Hey You~
Long time no post:( You are doing good..... keep it up. So what if you slacked off a little, Yu deserve to ... Have a GREAT DAY and where is your WATER????? Drink your WATER:D

Hey girl, watch out for "movie sized" anything. Just a general warning... you'll be fine though, just get that WATER in, and move your bootie!!!

Hey! Just stopping by to see how you are doing now that I have finally joined the land of technology again. ;) Congratulations on reaching your 10% goal! You are going to be doing the 199 dance before you know it! :D

Just stopping in to say hello! Congratulations on the 10%!! Your doing great.. and to fit into size 16's.. I'm so jealous!!

Hi! Yes, it's really me! Well, I got to move my ticker only 1 lb. down, (better than up). I kinda let the 10% go to my head and ate out 3 times last week, and really slacked off. I was shocked to learn I lost 1 lb. I did work out 4 times though last week. This next week I vow to drink more water and get my 25 lb. total loss landmark in. It feels funny to have baggy pants! School is out for the summer, so I am out of work. Hopefully now I have time to post more and keep up with all of your diaries. Hey! Check this out! I have someone at work who is hitting on me I think! This is a no-no, but dang, it sure feels good! lol. I'm still thinking about buying a bike, do any of you in here do the bike thing much?

For Sale: one biggest looser dvd. I just can't hang! lol

bikes

I have a bike - not to say it gets much use. I had to buy a big wide seat for it because I have a broken tailbone and as heavy as I am it really hurts to sit on the seats that come standard. But the seat goes "squeak, squeak, squeak" with every pedal! Not fun. :(

I have been doing some research on bikes, though, because my brother was wanting to buy a new one. I think that the "comfort" style bikes look a lot easier to ride. The handles are higher than the seat so you sit more upright, and they look more like an old-fashioned casual bicycle than a racing bike. I have seen these types of bikes advertised from bicycle shops, but not so much from discount stores.

I found a lot of information at . Hope that helps.

I have a bike too but it only gets out its hut in summer (oh wait...). It's near impossible to go out on a bike in the Scottish winters (which last from September to April). I really need to get the tyres pumped up and get out on it again. It's very enjoyable as long as you pick somewhere nice to ride, I tend to go along the canal (not sure if there are many canals over there mind). Anyway have a look at some and see if you think it might be worth it! Have you maybe got a friend that has one that doesn't get much use? You could maybe ask for a loan of it?

Well, I have been on the lookout at yard sales, but I think If I do get one I will get one of those "cruiser" styles, the handle bars up higher, and that's good, cause I have a torn L4 and L5 disk in my lower back and It would kill me to bend over for the others. I'm not gonna spend a fortune at the bike shop, but rather go to target or wal mart and get one for a hundred bucks. I think I'm gonna wait untill after my surgery though (june 19) because I'm not supposto' do anything for a week or 2. Even curves!:( Oh well, I guess I better find someplace that delivers salads! haha

Congratulations on almost being out of the 200s! That is wonderful! :D Hope everything goes well with your surgery. Don't forget to take it easy and give yourself time to recover. :D

Be careful, take care of yourself, and watch what you eat really carefully when you're recovering from surgery. Especially if you're confined to bed for a while. It sucks, but you need far less food if you can't be active, and every calorie you take in has to count nutritionally. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm accident & injury prone and I have had more than one surgery setting me back. Good job on your 10% goal, stay focused!

MOrning!!!! Hope all goes well in your surgery and recovery.. Stay Psoitive and Strong as you are.. Don't forget your WATER and have a GREAT DAY:D
