Neighbor problem, got an idea...what u think?

Thats quite a manifesto. I'm going to print this out and read it on the ****ter.

LLLLLLLLLLLMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

f**king love it.

I'm going to take the initiative here and turn this topic 360! Who's with me? Wait a second.... daddy did not think this one through.

Now that we got it settled can we please get back to taking it to the next level? What about you BSL? Did you manage to solve that swimming problem you had?

THANK YOU DALLEN

Yeah. I spoke with a bunch of experts at the pool and they all told me to stay with bilateral breathing no matter how slow I need to go. I'll tell ya, swimming or workiing-out at 5,200-feet altitude DEFINITELY is different then 1,200-feet. I don't know how long it takes the body to adapt (hemoglobin in the blood), but when I swim those long laps, it's tough not to breath every other stroke. They told me to slow it down, keep my form perfect and focus on really making each stroke count. It took a while and I end the 320-foot lap gasping for air, but I can swim the whole distance doing bilateral. They say, just like we can push lactic thresholds in our muscles, so too will my lungs adapt.

I'm firing-up my journal again...time to get uber-serious about losing the rest of my weight. I just saw some pics of myself about one month ago and I'm still nowhere near where I wanna be.

Btw...when I went outside to get the mail I ran into my next door neighbor (who sometimes throws pretty solid parties). Besides bitching about the HOT weather I asked him what he thought of the whole situation (not telling him my impending plan) with our party-neighbors behind us. This guy was pretty upset cause he couldn't sleep the whole night and he too felt it was way beyond reasonable with the sound-level. He conceded that he has parties too, but at least he's considerate and keeps it within reason. I agreed with him. I was about to tell him my idea but his idea is better. He says it's easy....he'll just light an M-80 in his backyard then anonymously call the cops and report "shots fired"; he says the cops will arrive pronto and shut-down the party immediately. Wow. End of story.

How come I didn't think of that?

HOW COME NONE OF YOU THOUGHT OF THAT?

Let's hope for your "legal" health, that a person with legal jurisdiction (that governs internet activity) doesnt observe these sort of "ideas" (as the one in this post and other posts you have made) as a "terroristic threat" (and within the legal definition applied and not yours but applicable to the jurisdiction) and/or other violation of law governing verbal and/or written statements.

The 1st ammendment is "restricted" by law, social law, and many unwritten laws. The 1st amendment has unwritten and written restrictions and/or consequences--clinging to it like a magnet within everyday life. Sometimes one needs to govern the legal context of what they say.

Let's hope the one all "your words" are actually focused upon, can't read. They may be able to twist the law against you.

Oh.......US Law is wonderful......LOL

Ever stop and think, that your written statements reference an "alleged" illegal activity could be observed by a person in the "correct legal position" as being illegal or a violation of law?

Law doesnt necessarily play fair. Though you may see that your "attitude" is justified toward another alleged illegal activity, they could focus on you allegedly breaking the law thus redirecting the focus........other than where it should be.

The more you dig, it seems, the more you seemingly play blind.

The answer is right within you. Rewind. Stop. Push Play today and end your dismay.

Oh, I forgot you were kidding? Aprehension of "context" from the "other person" plays a major role.

Wake up, BSL.

How did this thread with a reasonable and creative premise become so ****ty and bogged down with bitching?

JUST DO IT (that creative and awesome thing you were thinking about doing where no one gets hurt and you get to do something out of the ordinary)

But just for you guys, each day I take my kids to camp I'll swing by that house and stay on it until I can talk to the homeowners myself. My hunch is that the parents were out of town or something like that. I'll try working it out verbally with them.
What happened to this idea? At least try this before calling in a fake shooting

I've even been called the new Chillen....
I'm sorry to hear that. If someone posts such abuse again you have to report it
