Ok, so update:
My coach doesn't write powerlifting workouts during the fall because like 95% of the powerlifters are also football players, and the powerlifting coach himself is also the defensive coach. So tomorrow after working 8-4, then doing homework and watching the Pats game... I'm gonna write myself a workout for the week based on my coaches old workouts that I still have (thank God the senior who got me into powerlifting got me into writing my workouts down also). Monday will begin anew =]

I also got my car Wednesday. 2000 Dodge Stratus, 27k miles, nice red. It was about all together with all fees about 7300$. I paid 5300 and my mom added in 2k. She really wanted me to have this car so she made me accept the car :p I love the car also =] I'll prob take pics of it soon for everyone.

I stayed out of school sick today. Had a fever. I couldn't really workout, I probably shouldn't have all together but I just did a little benching. Disappointing...

I'm not gonna do 20 rep squat anymore, its going to be a split based on 'shock and awe' :D
Tomorrows a lower. I'm excited =]

That sucks, 18? I just got my platic license today. Official one =]

huh? why did you drop the 20 rep squat routine?
im still planning on doing it...what kind of routine are you doing then? a upper/lower?
 
I signed up for the Rugby 'club'. It will be a spring sport, and I'm hoping that my track and field throwing coach will let me throw on my own time and still compete in the events. So I will be doing rugby, track, and powerlifting in the spring hopefully. Joy lol

First REAL workout back today. I just took an old workout from April. I changed the 3 board medium grip to speed bench, and 4 sets of side bends to 2. I'm either going to use another old workout or make a new one for my lower workout tomorrow. It felt good to be back.

-4x8 @ 35 (lost so much strength, I used to do these with 50's =( )

I was destroyed today with allergies. I could like barely breathe by the end of the day. Tomorrow I'm going to have a brutal leg day. Gonna be fun!!

On another note, I've seen my future wrestling captain in the weight room everytime I've been in. From what I've heard, both captains (for the 07-08 season) are in there everyday and wrestle 4+ days a week and that over the summer they went to Iowa (prob best wrestling college) to train. On the day of their graduation they had to run 12 miles. So...yeah theyre f**king animals o_O One of the captain was there yesterday doing some kettlebell training. I think this is gonna be a good year.
 
****. Yeah, they stayed bad and got worse today. I am staying out of school because there's nothing I can do today. I looked like a freaking waterfall from multiple places on my face lol, sore throat, headache...the works. Which really pisses me off because this was how my day was going to go today...

....thats like one of the easiest days ever. I drop Theology and Math. I had all my homework done, all my studying done, I had all my stuff laid out for school... I actually got to bed fairly early yesterday...but I had to be sick today damnit. Then I had a beastly workout planned for after school. Now, nothing.

Something good is coming of it though. I'm currently raping my homework. I'm about a week ahead of my history homework and starting to be ahead on my other subjects. So the good thing is I have nothing to do but homework, so the next week or so I should have alot less of it.

Also, since I've missed the past 2 training days...I just wrote one of the toughest workouts I can physically do. It's going to be a dirty workout tomorrow. No questions, I'm doing it whether I'm on my deathbed or 100%. I can't wait for you guys to see the workout I have planned for tomorrow.... it's CRAZY!!!

Lifting is going to SUCK and BLOW at the same time this year. Let me put it this way - last year, we a huge amount of wicked big older guys that you could always look to for guidence. The same ones that put up 675lb. squats, 350 lb. bench presses, etc. Now...nothing. It ****ing pisses me off. Believe it or not, I'm the strongest one in there now. Last year there were about..30 kids or so in there when I lifted...but they were all beasts that I felt proud to be in a room with and watch. Now? 30 kids, same amount... only they're all freshman...none weighing more then 130. Even worse? They don't know **** about lifting. Ok, so you could say I've been there myself...but I mighta been in there learning as the only 1 who didn't know... its not bad with 1, but when you are the only person in there out of 30 that knows what you're doing....it kinda sucks. I can't ask anyone to spot me except if one of the coaches are in there (usually theres 1) and I can't ask any of the bigger guys questions, I can't learn new things from bigger guys, I can't admire their power lol...this sucks. I miss the ****ing big guys in the weight room.

True, true. It's just weird to have the younger kids watch me while I lift. Now I know how bigger guys felt last year =P

I have helped a few of them. Like 1 was benching, hands 8 inches apart, would go down not in control, stop it like 5 inches above his chest, then go back up unevenly and not in control....hada ten on each side. I tried to help him but I don't really have the time to teach you know? When my PL coach is in there the weight room is open till 5:30... but since he's also the defensive fball coach, hes not. So theres a teacher in there that closes at 4-4:30 depends on his mood lol. So I have to get my ass in gear and work. No time for teaching =\
 
Yeah sucks when your on a time limit. Thats why I dont workout where people know me they always ask for advice. How can I speed up my tube etc etc.

Ah well at least your school has a weight room when I was at school we sure didnt. You have to pay a membership there.

Actually, I have no clue. I'm planning on learning about it before hand, of course. But this is the first year that it is being offered at my school, so not many kids know anything about it (though over 100 signed up in less than a day).


Right now, that's the extent I know of Rugby =P

Is that video really what it's like? Because one of my friends said it's pretty boring, just like a big huddle for a really long time, then someone breaks loose for a little and thats it.
 
Haha Its definately not like that, I actually dont like playing it I much prefer soccer but I like watching it and quite frankly I dont have a choice :D

Its fast moving and never stops you can probably watch some games off that site. It also depends whether or not it is rugby league or rugby union. Put it this way its a lot faster the american football because its basically non stop for two fourty minute halfs. The whole team is on the field the whole time, there is no defence or offence.

That website should have alot of info on there as well. There is probably a really good wallibies site as well but I dont know it. Hehe sorry streamline.
