My Resurrection

Thanks alot =] I am happy with my deadlift, and I did end up getting a medal (the first 5 in each group get medals).

11/19 - Monday

-DB Incline Press
4x10 @ 40, 45, 45, 50

-2 Arm Long Bar Rows
3x10 @ 50, 75, 100

-Bench
4x5 @ 135

-Lat Pulldowns - Pro Lat Bar
3x10 @ 90

-Tricep Pushdown
3x10 @ 25, 35, 35

-Precher Curls
3x10 per @ 25

Today I wanted to take it easy, higher rep range, and bench I stayed mid range, but kept it low weight. The 2 arm long bar rows are funny, because once I started doing them, the wicked beastly rugby teacher that opens the weight room started doing them, and today the captain of my wrestling team and a few other jacked guys were doing them =] I'm a trend setter, what can I say haha

I had a good workout, then went to wrestling. Not a smart move, I was wicked fatigued during practice and felt like crap, especially my back. I'm still gonna lift and wrestle tomorrow though, as it's my last day for both before next Monday (wrestlign starts).

11/20 - Tuesday

-Low Box Squat - 3-4 inches below parallel
3x5 @ 155, 175, 185

-CHG

-Standing Abs
3x12 @ 55, 60, 60

-DB Shrugs

2x10 @ 77.5

-3 Way Shoulder
2x30 @ 10 per

-Ab Wheel of Death
2x12

Lat workout before THANKSGIVING! woo! I'm finally free, out of school. There were only like 4 kids in the weight room. Not many dedicated kids lol. At least 1 of the wrestling captains was there.

Long time no see people. Wrestling season is done officially in a week so I should be back lifting within a week or two. I'm sure my numbers have gone down BIG since November. Haven't lifted and alot of overtraining in wrestling. I'm starting to think about my diet and work on it. I might be needing some help on it soon. I'm gonna be working more on my sleep too, because I never get sleep. If I get lucky on Sunday I can get 8 hours of sleep. Average school night = 4-5 hours of sleep. Fri night = 5-6hours. Saturday = sleep in Sunday so 8-10 hours. Diet sucks right now, but I'm still decently shaped. Still around 5'6 or so at apx 160 or a little under.I'll check for certain this week so I know where I'm at.

Next powerlifting meet is in March, so I have a solid 6 weeks or so to get my ass in gear and numbers back UP

I got re sick and won't be able to do the March meet.

I haven't squated or deadlifted since November, and am afraid of what those numbers will look like once I get back this week. Benching-at the beginning of last week I barely got 125 for 5. But by the end of the week my muscle was coming back and I did a 5x5 with my last set being 150x5 and got it well. So bench looks good still, at least decent.

Junior year is killing me time wise. I have a ton of things going on all over. Going to Tijuana, Mexico in April to build schools, hospitals, roads, and other infrastructure. Should be fun but I have like 5 different 2 hour meetings with the other ppl going so that'll kill more of my time.

This week I can't lift Monday or Thursday. I have important stuff, one of which being the first of 4 or 5 Tijuana meetings. It's through my school so theres like 3 teachers and like 15 kids that got accepted to go.

Theres always things that come up merc you can never get away from it, its just the way it is. Good to see you back though I know you have backbone man youl kane it!

Haha yup, I'll be back around the middle of March. As of now I have no time to work out consistently, but mid-end of March I'm on senior service where I don't go to school for fourth term and I go to a worksite to volunteer for 5 hours a day. I'm doing it at the VA from 9-2 so I'll have time plus after school activities will be over. So...I'll be back then consistently.
