my diary: my road to BUD/S

did a 40m underwater swim yesterday and some finning. today did some finningand a 30 m underwater. pool was super cloudy. ran tonight 1.5mi time was 10:12 i havent ran since last time i put it on here i think a week and a half. so my body was a lttle slower but its all good i think it was good for me to take a break. let everything heal up before i mess it up and have to stop running for a long period so i kinda look at it liek 3 steps fwd 1 back then 3 fwd again. so hopefully by october ill be in the low 9's not that far off i im going to start a new work out next week and i will run everynight around 9pm.
 
took a few days off from running did some here and there swimming. and upper body. today i started a new workout
today's work out was a swim only so the pool was full so i wokred on my underwater swim. started off doing maybe 30m before i popped up got that out to 47.5m 1 lane width away form yhe 50m i need shoudl be no prob. then a few peopel left so i moved on to my work out.

i was supposed to do a 200m warm up but only did 100 since i hade done probalby 150 in my underwater's
then 500m CSS no time i forgot my watch at home.
then 3x100m sprnts with 20 sec rest. using CSS
then a 200m cool down which i did with fins. just a relaxing fin swim.
 
monday i ran 1.5 mi in 11 mins pushing the joggng stroller.
tuesday i swam
200m warm up 500m side strk, 3x 100m css sprints 20 sec rest 200m cool down.
wed. 3mile run in 22 mins pushing jogging stroller. 1.5 sprint 1.5 jog.
thurs. 200m warm up 1000m css 200m cool down
pull up pyramid 1-10 then 10-1
frday push up pyramid 2-20 then 20-2 inciments of 2
4mile run. time was 30:42

how ever the 4mile run i was doing before wasnt quite 4 miles. and i was doing that it 32:40 i think iwas my best time. i ran the same place but measured 1st and ran the full 4mi. the tiem to my aold spot i thought was 4 miles was only 27:30 so thats a 5 minute improvement. but i woudl liek to get my 4mil run down to 25 minutes. im sure i can because i wasnt even out of breath my legs were a little tired but other than that i was fine.
