but yes i think your dead is a bit better than mine especially kuz i havent had the privalege to deadlift in a long time.

bench, squat and deadlift add up to over 1000 in lbs! i guess thats a long term goal
I might as well join. I'm 16 and around 170 pounds so this is going to be a good competition.
Bench- 160
Squat- 135x23 (Getting a better idea of max today)
Deadlift- 230
As you can see I have to do some cathing up. But I think my maxes might be a little higher then what I posted.

me and silent are getting back into lifting again.
merci, jman, and wood are at full potential.
mayb we can get creative and make teams consisting of 2 beasts per team to see who can get to a smaller goal like 1600lbs first, both beast's lifts put together. then see who can get to 1700 first. then 1800. then 1900. then 2000. small steps towards a big goal. i think teamwork will make this more interesting.
we need to recruit another person who is close to our strength so that we can make 3 teams.
