Nov. 2: 180.6
Nov. 9: 178.8[/b] Mission Accomplished. Was sick & missed a few workouts but I worked hard the last few days at the gym, doing the 30 Day Shred and Wii Active Sports to play catch-up
Nov. 16: 177.4 - Actually hit 177.2 yesterday and climbed back up - so close to my goal of 2 lbs. Eh, not bad considering I had a huge bowl of pasta at an Italian restaurant, a 1500 calorie family lunch and a Chinese buffet (1 plate + ice cream) over the past week. I worked 1000 calories off yesterday out of guilt/panic over today's weigh-in! Off to work out now!
Nov. 23: 174.6 On track - people really started to comment on my weight loss for the first time yesterday - I started at 189 in early October. It's nice for all the hard work to be acknowledged!
Nov. 30: 172.4 lbs
If it wasn't for the pizza at work yesterday I think I might have even done better. Now to lose 3 lbs by my trip Dec. 11th.
