Two more days until my official next weigh in. I think I will have good numbers!
 
yeah, slender December sounds good, ill be here for that one as well.

Even tho im not seeing much results, Im going to stay consistent with the plan. Running and eating right. Im thinking I need to tweak my diet some...lets see what next week brings :)

Nov. 9: 179 - 178.8 Mission Accomplished. Was sick & missed a few workouts but I worked hard the last few days at the gym, doing the 30 Day Shred and Wii Active Sports to play catch-up

So b/c my first weigh in wasn't as low as I thought it would be, my goal for November will be 147.


Down 3.2 POUNDS this week!!
 
Thanks. Just eating around 1500 calories a day (I usually aim for 1400 cause Like most people I am sure I under estimate calories) then I got to the gym 5-6 days a week. (2 of those days are actually a dance class, then the rest are 60 min cardio at the gym. Once I hit 145 I want to look at adding in strength training).

My weigh in is tomorrow but today is my kids bday and I splurged a bit....hope the damage isnt too bad...Ive been working out and staying active everyday so we will see....

I'm a two and a half pounds a week machine! My next weigh-in is Thanksgiving morning, and I'm still trying to devise a plan of attack for that day.
 
Oh, Thanksgiving, so evil... I'm debating if I'm going to try to be good or just say to hell with it, and be really good the rest of the weekend... Not an easy decision.
