So b/c my first weigh in wasn't as low as I thought it would be, my goal for November will be 147.


Up 0.2 pounds! Definitely the WRONG direction, especially after a good week!

Nov. 2: 180.6

Nov. 9: 178.8 Mission Accomplished. Was sick & missed a few workouts but I worked hard the last few days at the gym, doing the 30 Day Shred and Wii Active Sports to play catch-up

Nov. 16: 177.4 - Actually hit 177.2 yesterday and climbed back up - so close to my goal of 2 lbs. Eh, not bad considering I had a huge bowl of pasta at an Italian restaurant, a 1500 calorie family lunch and a Chinese buffet (1 plate + ice cream) over the past week. I worked 1000 calories off yesterday out of guilt/panic over today's weigh-in! Off to work out now!

Hey, I didnt quit, I just left the country for a little bit, and I cheated ALOT I was just having to much fun to stay focused, so many things going on, im at 230 right now, but I and NOT giving up, im going to push everything I have untill the end of november.
 
My goal is to atleast lose 3 lbs after each weigh in for a final loss of 12 pounds and a finishing weight of 221. :) good luck everyone! PUSH HARD!!

since the trouble I had once I was out of the country my new goal is to atleast reach 225 lbs by the end of november.

But I will admit, if I wasnt able to come back and see all of everyones results, I probably would have stayed down and out, but im not giving up.

The sad thing is that I hit my goal on Weds afternoon! But it crept back up. I haven't weighed myself since having my massive dinner (and pregame grazing). Not sure if I want to, but my smaller pair of jeans were certainly tighter on the way home.

Nov. 23: 174.6 On track - people really started to comment on my weight loss for the first time yesterday - I started at 189 in early October. It's nice for all the hard work to be acknowledged!

wow! I don't know what the heck happened in one weeks time, other than Thanksgiving, lots of travel and of course lots of celebrating. I skipped most of the deserts (not all but most) and alcohol so I thought my numbers would have been better. One thing I will admit is that I've slacked a bit on the workout consistency so I will start with that next week and see what happens before the 29th. Enjoy your holiday everyone and happy weight-loss to all!
 
Tomorrow's the final weigh-in for the month for me... I'm somewhat skeptical I'll get my goal, but I'm hoping there's just a little extra margin to drop from today to tomorrow.
