Trying to come up with a name half as cool as Rocktober, it ain't easy... Challenge for me in November: go below 300, so I have to start a ~10-lb loss starting Nov 1. Everyone else post their loss goals here, weigh in once a week.

So b/c my first weigh in wasn't as low as I thought it would be, my goal for November will be 147.
 
I only have to spend another two years losing weight, so I'm in!


I would like to be 180 pounds by tomorrow, but since that's not safely possible, I'll settle for 313 by November 30.

Ok, I'm in! Going for 173 lbs... I want to get to the 160's for my mid-December beach vacation so this is it - big push for the next 5 weeks! I'm excited.

I forgot to mention that my goal is to be at 240 by the end of the month. So 9lbs for the month.
 
I started doing insanity again to get back into shape, its such a brutal work out >.< but I am loving it because of that, I know it will get me to my goal, I just need to keep the pressure on everyday.

Emmerz, you're not the biggest, I got your skinny ass whupped by 50-sumfin pounds! Wait, that's not something to brag about...


Chris, I've seen the infomercials, it doesn't look like fun, but I know how good it feels to be done with a heavy workout.


Green, there's a bunch on online and smartphone ways to track your meals, too. I use LoseIt, a lot of people use MyFitnessPal (both on iPhone).







Side note, what can December be called? Slender December? Never mind...
