Weight-Loss Month of May Challenge!

Holy $h!t.... I MET MY GOAL :-o I didn't think I was going to make it!!! WOOOHOOO
 
Yeah it does, I was like"well, I ate right, exercised A LOT, but I am probably going to be about .5 pounds away from my goal... and I am okay with that because I did everything right" and then I step on the scale and I had to try hard to to scream in excitement! Yesterday I weighed in at 163.4 so I thought there was not way in hell I was going to make it! :D

Great day, hope I can hit my last goal (or go lower!) because I would LOVE to even be 159.9 at the end of this... meaning I would have gone from 171.4 to 159.9 in just a little more than 3 weeks.
 
I'm in again! My Birthday is May 5, so I will really have to work hard to make sure I don't let that pull me off... I think that this will help!

I'm very happy with this number but I have been sick the last 2 days with a fever and I have not really wanted to eat and I have not been active so hopefully when I feel better I keep this weight off.

w0w some really good losses so far! I'm not sure I'm going to weigh in tomorrow - given the ToM i don't want to demotivate myself with some 4lb water weight gain and throw myself off focusing for the next week! I might see just how many days I can go without standing on the scales....

Now I need to kick it in gear, and maybe even try to loose a little extra.

I had myself set up to lose 6 pounds next month but it would be nice to get ahead.

I'm pretty sure that I'm actually at 85 but since it has suddenly got freakishly hot I've been drinking a hell of a lot of water!

I totally get that.......I have a hard time not getting on the scale everyday! I have been good this month, I steped on the scale only on Friday Mornings!!!!

People have been talking about rewards and I've decided that each month I will either treat myself to a piercing or piece of merchandise of my choosing. Though this month I'm going to treat myself to goodies from Lush. :) the only problem with my reward systems is that I seem to get the reward even if I don't put in the work??

Now that you have met you goal you get to reward yourself!!!!! I love LUSH but never would be able to work there....to many perfumes to smell all day I would have migrains all day!!!

End weight 175.4 lbs!

Total weight loss: 7.1 lbs!!!

That's .6 lbs more then my goal.
