Weight-Loss Month of May Challenge!

I'll weigh in on Mondays so it lines up with the end of the month. I'm not setting weekly goals because I lose focus when I don't meet them. ((I'm copying jjjay and not setting a month-end goal either, but seeing how low I can go!))

I know Xenon, me too! I've been working so hard that no time to go to the gym at all....I feel really sluggish too - funny how working out can make you feel more energetic.

it's on my first post. Goal was to be 214.5 today. I weighed in at 214.3 lol

I know! It makes a major difference in my weight loss also. I gained this week, but I KNOW this one is water weight because I checked on Saturday and all was well and now today ^2.4 lbs. Grrrrrrr
 
Feelin good about Thursday! I hope I can reach my goal, but honestly if I don't I won't be too upset because I am putting in some serious dedication into my calories and gym time and nothing can beat that in my eyes! : D Hope this week is going AMAZING for everyone!

May 17 - 194.2 (w00h00! 1.8lbs - I'll take that and run with it thank you very much)

Wow - at this rate I can actually see a time in the not too distant future where I might be under 190...that would be un-friggin-believable! I got down to like 193 on my last big "push" 2 years ago so to beat that lowest weight for years and years would feel great. I have so many nice clothes I'm just waiting to fit into as well!!

Thanks guys... got the ToM "hump" to get over first - this usually adds on a couple of lbs at least for a week and then I have to not let this demotivate me and make me eat more... But I think I will be out of the 190s in the next 2-4 weeks forsure. Getting really excited about the prospect of this - feels like a real milestone.

Yeah ToM sucks as far as weight loss and junk food is concerned :/ But, at least your doing great with your weight loss! Keep goin.
 
I am wondering if I will reach my goal, I think I will come up a little bit short, but I think I did a great job and put in a lot of effort to get where I am today :) I will be happy with whatever the scale says (unless it goes up, then I am going to smash it with a sledge hammer :p.... just kidding).
