Ok so I noticed that no one had started one of these so Here I go
My 4th wedding anniversary is on May 27th, when I got married I was around 166lb (difficult to say I was like 4mo pregnant and going nowhere near a scale) So by the end of May I want to be at 166lb I will update my starting date on April 30 at the same time the April challenge ends. Everyone is welcomed to join. I am going to ask that instead of making this thread a mile long why don't we just edit out original post and just update our weekly weigh in there. April was a very bad month for me so this May I got to kick start my summer with a huge lost, Come on who is with me!!!!

Ok so on the left side is going to be my goal weight ( I will edit this on the 30) and on the right I will input the results of my weight in. If I meet the goal of 170lb by my aniversary I will treat myself to manicure I haven't had one done in a long time probably since my wedding actually so it seems like a fitting reward!
Since the month of April was kind of bad for me I had to change my goal weight instead of 166 by my wedding anniversary I will have to aim for 170lb that is more realistic so more atainable. Don't forget to update you weight every week please edit your original post!!!! Cheers to a great month. I am hoping to see many pound, and kilograms lost!

Hey, I am with you girl! I also have a two month window after which I will be meeting my boyfriend ( He is working on a project abroad) and i want to get that extra flab out by that time.
I will post my weight here every 10 days starting May 1st.

Well here we go, I also joined Jericho's 6 month challenge to Nov, so this will be great, it'll really keep me watching myself to know that so many people are watching.

I don't know what I weigh right now but whatever I weigh in for tomorrow, I'd like to be 10 pounds less by may 28th. We can do it guys! i guess to keep the thread short we can post responses in our original post as well?
5/12- im totally not looking forward to weighing myself for the 14th.... I have hardly lost any weight for the past 2 weeks. I'm pretty frustrated!
5/16- I revised my goals so it's a little more attainable now and less stressful. I keep going days without losing much then suddenly one night it just drops. But when I see no change I get really stressed :(

I'm in again! My Birthday is May 5, so I will really have to work hard to make sure I don't let that pull me off... I think that this will help!

I'm very happy with this number but I have been sick the last 2 days with a fever and I have not really wanted to eat and I have not been active so hopefully when I feel better I keep this weight off.

In April I was .3 lbs away from my goal weight, so this month I am going to make sure I'm at or under 176 by the end of the month.​

May 3rd: Wow, not where I expected to be. I obviously need to readjust my regimen. I was hoping for an easy month with a small obtainable goal, but now I need to get my butt in gear. I just barely missed last months goal. Not again.

May 10th: Ok, so I weighed myself through the entire week and showed some pretty low numbers, much better than last week. I know my weight doesn't reflect that, but I ate the majority of my calories for yesterday late at night and at least a pound or two of that is extra water weight. So it may not look awesome, but I feel like I got myself back on track, and next week will be the real determining factor in that.
May 17th: A Little higher then what I planned, but so back on track for the end of the month. Yay!
May 24th: Oh thank goodness. Finally UNDER my goal. And less than 1 pound to lose this week. I may actually meet and dare I say...surpass my goal for the month?
May 31st: Yay, I finally made my month goal, and I didn't have to reevaluate any months before to make it happen. Feels good.

I'll weigh in on Mondays so it lines up with the end of the month. I'm not setting weekly goals because I lose focus when I don't meet them. ((I'm copying jjjay and not setting a month-end goal either, but seeing how low I can go!))

Lets see if I can regain my committment!! The end of April was a disaster with a 2.5lb weight gain and no exercise! I could kick myself!!

Start weight: (starting may 2 because I was scared of the scale until this morning!)

I'd like to lose at least 4kg/8.8lbs this month. More if possible!!

What a great idea! This sounds like what I need. I'm going to the USA to see my family on July 4th. I haven't seen them since 2007 and I'd like to be a bit thinner when I do!
BTW-I'm new to this site. I hope I can figure out how to edit this next week...

I'm pretty happy with the numbers as this is quite close and I've had a hard week. My cat is very sick, though, and I haven't been getting in the amount of excercise that I wanted. And I'm not eating as much as I should. i've had lots of 800 calorie days, as I just haven't felt like eating. Hopefully, this next week will involve more food, more excercise and a healthier cat!

I am really pleased with this number, as I've exceeded my goal. Sadly, I reached it because our poor cat got even more sick and had to be put to sleep. It's been a really misable time for my whole family. At least I managed to avoid stress-eating, which is usually a big comfort for me. I actually ate hardly anything all week. It just stuck in my throat.
Anyway, that's why I'm a day late weighing-in. We had to bury our kitty yesterday and my weight was the last thing on my mind. It's just good I managed to stay on-target and get a good weight today, I guess.
I'm beginning to think my final goal for the end of the month is not unrealistic! I really might get out of the 200's in June!!!

I am actually happy with the loss of 1.1 pounds. I think myabe my goals were a bit unrealistic. I was thinking that since I only started dieting at the end of April, i'd still be in the early fast-loss stage. But over a pound in a week is good and I'll take it!

I'm not at goal and it's only a two pound loss...but I'm still kinda proud. I've stuck to my eating plans and even added lots more exercise.
I'll weigh in again on Monday, just to have an official "end of May" weight.

I'm in too! Want to beat my weight loss for April but not going to set weekly targets as like Xenon, I find it can be demotivating...My birthday on the 7th, plus the 11th is a big target day for me...

Okay, well, I was wanting to reward myself with victoria's secret, but at the end of the month with my goal, I will still be 3 pounds from that, so I think that a good pedicure would work. Now, I'm thinking of doing monthly goals as long as I lose weight and then weightloss goals. How does that sound?
