BizeB...thanks for the great idea. Once I lose all the weight, I'm going to pull an "Office Space" on my scale....beat the crap outta it.

I'm waiting until tomorrow to tell on myself (possible vacation weight gain - I hope not :eek: ), and yesterday I managed to ride my stationary bike very slowly during a really good movie for about an hour and a half. It was better than sitting still, but probably not much. I'll work harder today. I'm still aiming for that goal though...

I refuse to step on that box until monday..... won't do it! :p hehehehe Actually, I am taking a short (2 wks) break from WW to see if it helps any. It certainly can't hurt much at this point :rolleyes: Maybe the scale will move in the right direction! I am still eating healthy and sucking in my water and no "cheat" days, but I am just not writing it down so religiously. Hey, ya never know! :D
 
I'm here to tell on myself because the scale said 205 this morning. I'll wait to believe it until tomorrow (since I haven't weighed myself since vacation, I need the 2nd day confirmation so I know it's real) I'm hoping it'll go down again tomorrow, my ankle looked a little swollen this morning and I'm hoping that's the extra 2 pounds (maybe one?) So don't hold me to any of that until tomorrow at least, and if it's still above 203 tomorrow I'll change my ticker back (*sob*).
 
BezeB...I'm with you, I can't seem to move the scale the past 2-3 weeks either. I tried a few suggestions such as eating over my calories which i did for 2 days... I took a 3day break from my workouts.. im not quite sure what to do either heheh. At least I know I'm not the only one on this plateau. hopefully we can get off of this damn plateau n continue to "play ball"... its setting me behind my schedule of 2-3lbs per week. I got lots to make up! Goodluck to ya in movin that scale, i'll keep my fingers n toes crossed!
 
I am trying to lose 3 lbs a week until I get to my goal... I think that once I am closer to my goal, it won't be as easy to lose like it is now....
 
KrisKros, it really does suck, huh? I am afraid to step on that nasty scale tomorrow :( I REALLY dont' wanna see a higher number or the same number! I hear ya on the set back! I was originally going to try for my goal by my b-day (end of the month) but there is no way I can lose 21 # by then now! Just isn't possible :( This makes twice I have had to move my goal date thanks to plateaus :mad: Oh well, I can't give up - thats what I keep telling myself:eek:

OHM, set your mind to it and it can happen! It may not be as easy but it CAN happen
 
Well today is weigh in day. I'm sad to report tha I only have a .5 lb loss compared to last week. I had been down to 139.5 but gained a pound of that back. So it's 140.5 lb for me. :( Boo.
 
I had a 2# gain on monday thanks to graduation parties over the weekend! *Sigh* Water retention, I'm sure, but it still sucks! I am at 183.7 :mad:
 
I started kicking it into high gear, i officially weight 210lbs now.yay..im off the plateau..or so it seems. I just decided to workout everyday, instead of every other day. it's helping so far. i hope to get down to 205 within 2weeks. im gonna kick my own butt to get there.
 
Good morning challengers! I'm at 202 this morning, and hoping to keep up that momentum over the weekend. I'll be out of town, it'll totally screw up my routine, and I'm notorious for over eating when I'm out of town, but I'm going to try to take it slow, one decision at a time and not eat junky food. It will be all high-quality nutrition. Too much? I hope not, but it's usually the crap food that is abundant, not the fruits & veggies!
 
ACCCK!!! I haven't lost any (I'm STILL plateauing) and it REALLY sucks!!! somebody sprinkle me with a ton of magic dust!!!! PLEASE!!! *sigh* okay. I feel better now! Thanks! LOL
