Not much movement, but I suspect that the new scales have something to do with that. They initially showed me at 3 lbs more than the old ones had, so there might be a bit of variation in it. Still, way under my target, so I am not complaining in the slightest!

August 17 (Happy Birthday to Me!) : {pace = 230.2} = 232.5
August 24: {pace = 228.3} = 230
August 31: {Goal = 227} = 228

Not too bad of a miss, but a miss nonetheless.
